Welcome,
In this practice we're going to be tuning into your most radiant self and I'm going to be inviting you to pour love onto yourself and moments in your life.
This is a really uplifting and positive practice,
So when you're ready find a comfortable seat.
Start to close your eyes,
Take a big inhale through the nose and as you exhale open the mouth and release.
Big inhale through the nose,
As you exhale open the mouth and release.
Inhale through the nose,
As you exhale blow away any negativity.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhale blow away any negativity,
Negative thoughts,
Negative memories,
Anything that's not sitting right,
Blow it away.
Inhale through the nose,
One more time like this,
Blow it away.
Inhale through the nose and this time flutter your lips as you exhale.
Relaxing the jaw,
Releasing here twice more,
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Flutter the lips and don't worry if you can't flutter the lips,
Lots of people can't and if that's the case you can just take a big exhale.
You're going to do one more of those in your own time.
Turning the palms up on your knees or your thighs,
Tune into yourself.
Invite the feeling in the body to move to the foreground of your awareness and the thoughts in your mind to move to the background,
To simply become a whisper.
Really tuning into the present moment,
The you in this moment,
Your body,
Your energy and from our spiritual practice we lean into that base tone,
The part of us that is consistent.
It's the energy of love and joy and awareness itself.
Can you notice that within yourself?
What is the tone of awareness?
Of being?
Of presence within you?
Begin now to visualize yourself.
Visualize yourself smiling just because.
You're self-radiating love and positivity and as you visualize yourself smiling and enjoying,
Invite the feeling of joy into the body and sense into the love that you have for someone in your life and invite that love into your body.
Pour love onto all parts of yourself just because.
In your mind's eye,
Pour love onto difficult relationships in your life.
Pour love onto difficult circumstances in your life.
Pour love onto your entire life and all of the people that you know.
Coming back into your body and tuning into the base tone which is love and joy.
Tuning into awareness and its consistency within us.
Our thoughts and beliefs and the narratives in our mind are the only things that pull us away from this place and it is normal for those things to pop up,
For thoughts to pull us away but in this practice we're inviting ourselves to stay connected within that part of us,
With that part of us.
We're inviting ourselves to get quiet and to listen in,
To feel into that part of us which is always there but gets masked by our busy lives.
Place the right hand onto the centre of your chest and the left hand on top and set an intention to pour love onto challenging moments in your life.
Set an intention to just pour love onto whatever difficulty arises,
Whether it's negative thoughts or difficult conversations or someone bumping into you on the street.
Pour love onto it.
Releasing your hands when you're ready and in your own time open the eyes,
Coming back into the space that you're in and we'll end our practice here.
