Find yourself in a comfortable seat wherever you're at,

Feeling your sit bones rooting down into the earth,

Your spine growing tall,

And the crown of your head reaching up towards the sky.

Gently close the eyes and become aware of your body.

Feel it in the space that you're in,

Simply noticing without judgement,

Without trying to change it.

Feeling any thoughts or emotions that arise from feeling your body here.

There might be a sense of calm or nervousness or discomfort.

Simply allowing those feelings to be.

Invite them in with love,

With compassion.

Feel your energy in this space.

All you have to do is notice with calm and present awareness.

Noticing the sensations,

The thoughts,

The sounds,

The feelings,

Without attachment.

Simply let it be and flow through you.

Bring the awareness to the breath.

Again,

Simply noticing.

Feeling the body be breathed.

Feeling everything at once.

You are the observer.

Everything that you are feeling and everything that you are noticing does not define you.

It is simply happening in this moment.

And when you approach it with compassion,

Awareness,

And acceptance,

It softens.

It calms down.

And you're able to come back in tune with your true essence.

Gently start deepening the breath.

Slowing down the breathing.

Slowing down the mind.

With minimal effort and minimal control,

Just notice your body and your mind relax.

Coming back into the physical sensations.

Again,

Feeling your sit bones rooted down into the earth.

Noticing any sounds.

And with this awareness and this acceptance and this softness,

Gently blink open the eyes.

Taking in your surroundings.

And coming back into this present moment with a sense of peace,

Openness,

Acceptance,

And love.
