You Are Light, You Are Love

A short meditation that brings you back to your truest state - light and love.
We will focus on our breath, our energy and our heart space as I guide you through a visualisation meditation that allows you to tap into your light and your love and to share it with all of those around you.

Find yourself in a comfortable seat, Making sure your spine is long but relaxed, Your chin is level to the ground and your shoulders are soft take in the space around you with soft eyes taking a relaxed breath in, Filling up your belly and ribs and as you exhale, Allow your body to melt into the present moment and gently close your eyes notice how you are feeling today physically and emotionally simply notice without holding on or feeling attached to any feeling or sensation bring your awareness to your breath feeling your body subtly rise and fall on each inhale and exhale as you continue to take slow, Deep breaths start to imagine a tube of golden light enter you from the top of your head all the way down your spine and out into the earth through your tailbone seeing and feeling the golden light expand and fill up more of your body on each breath until you're completely filled with golden light and it starts to radiate out through your aura your aura is now golden, You are light, You spread light you are love, You spread love, You are a channel for universal energy for full expression and creativity to flow through continue breathing, Feeling this golden energy this energy is yours as well as the collective's this is our purest, Most natural state of being we are love, We are light now bring your awareness to your heart space, Both the front and back side of your heart feel the love that you have inside of you radiating from that space allow it to be full, Feeling your love grow and let it expand outwards into the space you are in into your town, Your city, Your country and the entire planet allow your love to touch every single soul on this beautiful planet continue breathing as you gently bring your attention back to your body still radiating light and love still feeling the golden energy inside of you knowing that this is a part of you place your hands on your heart bring a soft smile to your face as you gently bow your head down to your heart in gratitude and knowing that you are light, You are love carry this with you for the rest of your day allowing your magic to touch every single soul that you meet thank you for being you with love, Julie
