Julia creates a warm, comforting space for listeners to find stillness and grounding amidst our busy yet exciting lives. With experience and education in MBSR and inner child work, Julia's meditations will help you listen deeply to that still, small voice that lives within you. Her meditation practices include tools to help listeners find peace and grounding within themselves, opening up channels for manifestation and abundance to flourish. Julia was introduced to MBSR in a yoga and mindfulness class during college and has been an active student and teacher in the practice ever since. She has expanded her practices to include Tonglen, Loving-Kindness, Mantra and more. Based in Los Angeles, she is also a voice actor and performing artist.
