Welcome to this guided meditation focusing on abundance and affirmations.
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming,
Especially when our thoughts are racing and unclear.
It can be easy to fall into negative thoughts when we feel like things in life aren't quite going the way we might have hoped.
We might begin to feel a sense of scarcity,
Or tense up and become disengaged from the present moment.
Feelings of anxiety or worry or even suffering begin to enter our body and move us further away from our goals and ultimately from feeling connected to our inner being.
This meditation is focused on bringing us back to our breath and uses positive affirmations to remind us that we are abundant.
To help us feel centered and calm,
Allowing all those negative thoughts and feelings of worry to simply melt away.
Begin by finding a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
Relax your shoulders and arms,
Allowing your hands to rest on your thighs or on the floor next to your body.
Close your eyes and take in a long,
Slow,
Deep breath.
And let it all go.
And once more,
Take in a long,
Slow,
Deep breath.
And let it all out,
Pushing every bit of air completely out of your lungs,
Getting rid of all the stale oxygen from your body.
And then take in one more deep inhale,
Filling the lungs fully.
And let it all go.
Return to your normal breathing pattern and just watch the breath for a moment here.
Feel as the air enters your nose and fills your stomach and chest.
And follow it as it leaves your body effortlessly.
As you continue to watch your breath,
Begin to repeat these affirmations either quietly allowed or to yourself,
Simply in your mind.
I am calm and relaxed.
I surrender to the present moment.
Abundance flows through me effortlessly and willingly.
I am abundant.
I release all stress and worry from my body and mind.
I am aware of my thoughts and feelings.
I am ready for the opportunities that I want to enter my life.
I trust myself and honor my desires.
I feel connected to my inner being.
I live my life with ease.
Abundance flows through me effortlessly and willingly.
Take in a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And simply let it all go.
Once more,
A long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And let it go.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Allow subtle movements to come back into your body.
Maybe you turn your wrists,
Roll your neck slightly or stretch your arms up over your head.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Thank you so much for joining me for this meditation.
I wish for ease and abundance to continue flowing through you today and each day hereafter.
God bless you.
