Julia Smith is a voice artist and meditation teacher who integrates mindfulness and emotional awareness practices into her creative work and daily life. Through years of exploring meditation and gratitude practices as tools for grounding, resilience, and mental wellbeing, she has developed a gentle, accessible approach to helping others reconnect with presence and appreciation in everyday moments. Drawing on her background in storytelling and performance, Julia creates guided experiences that invite listeners to slow down, reflect, and cultivate a deeper sense of gratitude and connection.
