Hello my friends,

And welcome to today's meditation practice.

Today we will be using manifestation to help us align ourselves with our dreams and desires.

Manifestation is a powerful tool,

And when practiced consistently,

We can change our beliefs so that we feel more confident and trusting in ourselves.

Changing our beliefs is like strengthening a muscle.

It must be practiced often and intentionally.

I encourage you to return to this practice every day for 30 days.

In doing this,

You will strengthen your awareness,

And over time,

Eliminate limiting thought patterns that are keeping you from living your fullest potential.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold for a moment,

And gently exhale.

Close your eyes,

And feel your body relax as you settle into this moment.

Allow yourself to become fully present.

It's okay if you find yourself lost in thought.

Simply return to the sound of my voice,

Deepening your awareness with each breath.

Now,

Imagine a golden light surrounding you.

With each breath,

Envision the light growing through your body,

Filling you with warmth.

This light carries the energy of creation,

Possibility,

And transformation.

Now,

Begin to imagine you are walking down a stone path.

The golden light is still surrounding you,

Guiding you as you take each step.

This path is leading you to your dream life.

With every movement forward,

You are getting closer and closer to your desired reality.

Finally,

You reach a clearing,

And you are standing in your dream life.

What do you see?

Who is there with you?

How do you feel in your body?

Get as specific as possible.

Feel the emotions that come with it.

Joy,

Fulfillment,

Excitement,

Confidence.

Let those feelings wash over you,

As if you are already living in this reality.

Stay in this moment,

And watch as the surrounding light expands beyond yourself and into the environment all around you.

Watch the light bathe your surroundings as you move into your new life.

Continue breathing deeply,

And repeat these affirmations to yourself.

I am successful.

My dreams are my current reality.

I am grateful for all the good things in my life.

I am supported by the universe.

I am confident.

I am worthy.

I trust myself deeply and effortlessly.

I am the creator of my reality.

Let these affirmations settle into your being.

Keep breathing,

And stay connected to the vision of your life.

Take a deep breath in,

And slowly exhale.

Let's do that one more time.

Inhale,

And exhale out.

Trust that you are stepping into a new reality,

One where your dreams are not just possible,

They are inevitable.

Take a moment to check in with your body.

How do you feel?

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

And return back to the space you were in.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.
