Welcome back to this final meditation of my Celtic blessing series.
We'll pick up where we left off by the water's edge of our last meditation together.
You may wish to listen to that meditation again before moving on to this one.
Otherwise,
You can simply imagine being somewhere in the world that is meaningful for you and holds happy memories for you.
By a source of water.
I shall leave you for a moment to make this transition in your mind to this happy memory by the water.
What is different about today's meditation is that it is almost dark outside and we are waiting for the rest of the day's light and beautiful streaks of sunset coloration to fade from the sky.
As we wait,
Let's take a few moments to become more comfortable,
Both physically and also in the space of your mind.
So I'm going to suggest you place one of your self-care hands on one of your thighs to lend grounding support to your body where you're sitting,
Support of the quiet earth we've been speaking about since the beginning of this series,
And the peace that flows from this elemental energy.
And then leaning into this sense of being supported also by the water's edge and the flowing air that makes its presence known in the ripples on the water and in the movement of leaves and any trees that may be close by.
And so to acknowledge that I'd like you to place your second self-care hand against the center of your chest,
And then just breathe into the peacefulness of this elemental support of the flowing air,
Moving through your upper body.
Breathing slowly and easily.
And with each successive breath,
Just imagine the movement of flowing air joining the earth and waters peacefulness,
Mixing,
Melting into your entire body now.
Breathing easily.
Helping you to completely relax into this beautiful space of your memory.
And just continue to breathe slowly and easily beneath the fading light of the infinite sky.
Breathing slowly.
Breathing slowly.
Breathing slowly.
We can sense the coming of night in this location through the changes in temperature and the feel of the cooler night air.
And the changes in sounds,
Perhaps some new sounds of insects,
Or birds,
Or activity on the water.
Notice how the water may be changing also as a result of any changes in the flowing air.
And look for light dancing on the water before you,
Reflecting the night sky.
Colors.
Changing colors.
For a while,
Sensing the peace that is present in all of this.
I'm going to stop speaking again for a few moments,
So you can take these things in to your visual memory.
As you breathe the peacefulness of nature expressed through each of its elements,
All for you to relax and enjoy during this transitional time of evening,
Feeling yourself care hands resting against your body,
Warming you and comforting you also as you relax.

And now I would like you to look up into the darkened sky and see what's directly above you here.
So to do this comfortably,
You may wish to lie back onto the grass or the sand or boardwalk or whatever is beneath you here in your memory and stretch your body out to be completely comfortable.
Perhaps even imagine covering yourself with a light blanket if it's becoming chilly.
See yourself making whatever preparation you need to feel completely at ease here.
You might even want a pillow beneath your head.
You're absolutely safe here and all is well.
This time is for you to look up and find the peace to be enjoyed from the healing light of the moon and the stars that are becoming more visible with each passing minute,
Each one shining down upon you,
Shining their healing light on you now as you open to receive their healing energy throughout your body,
Your mind,
And your spirit soul.
Taking this time for you now to simply breathe into the healing light easily and softly,
Welcoming it throughout your being.
Moon and stars shine their healing light on you.
Moon and stars shine their healing light on you.
Moon and stars shine their healing light on you.
Moon and stars shine through the sky.
And stars shine their healing light on you.
Moon and stars shine their healing light on you.
Moon and stars shine their healing light on you.
Moon and stars shine their healing light on you.

Moon and stars shine their healing light on you.
Moon and stars shine their healing light on you.
When you are ready to leave this natural self-care healing space within your mind,
Know that you can return back to the physical support beneath you in your home.
In the meantime,
You may remain here breathing and receiving the light of the moon and stars as they continue to shine their healing blessings upon you.
Letting yourself fall asleep if this is what you need most now.
And may you always remember to be kind,
Gentle,
And loving to yourself and others.
Deep peace of the quiet earth to you.
Deep peace of the running wave to you.
Deep peace of the flowing air to you.
