Hello and thank you for joining me in this time of self-care relaxation.
Before we begin,
Please make sure you're in your most comfortable position for relaxation.
In our time together today,
We're going to begin by just taking a few quiet moments to simply be still.
A luxury.
Using your breath as your focus,
Allowing your mind to slow down and meet your body in its pose you're using today.
Simply focus on your breath and breathe easily now.
Noticing how you're feeling in your physical body,
In your mind and in your emotions.
And now please let your mind take you to a memory of some moments when you have felt very happy.
Just allow a memory to come to you when you've been extremely happy.
And as soon as this memory has come,
Please smile.
Allow your whole face to engage in a smile and just be with this memory now for a few moments quietly.
And continuing to smile and breathe into this feeling of happiness from your memory.
And noticing where in your body you're feeling this memory.
And then place your hands over this feeling wherever it is.
It could be your head,
It could be your eyes,
It could be your chest.
It could be your belly.
It can be anywhere.
It could be all over.
In which case,
Rest your hands wherever it is comfortable for you.
And just continue to breathe in this happiness of your memory with the smile still on your face.
And really having a sensation of happiness now within you,
We're going to breathe this feeling into the rest of your body,
Into places that might be needing healing energy today.
And we're going to begin with your face,
Allowing the healing energy of happiness to flow into your forehead and the top of your head and your cheeks,
The muscles around your mouth,
Which I hope are engaged in a smile still.
And then noticing how your face is feeling as you take a slow and deep breath of happiness energy.
Continue to smile as you do.
Enjoying the feeling.
And then bring this happiness energy into your neck,
Warming your neck front and back.
And then traveling across your shoulders,
Allowing them to soften and lower as you breathe healing happiness into your shoulders.
And bringing the warmth of happiness energy to your body beneath your hands as you deeply breathe again while feeling your smile on your face.
And then consciously filling your chest with this healing energy as you breathe in and breathe out.
And breathe in and breathe out.
Breathing happiness energy in and breathing happiness energy out.
Breathing this warm healing energy of happiness downwards now into your lower body,
Into your foundational pelvis and hips,
Soothing them with this wonderful healing energy.
And then resting here for a moment of appreciation as you acknowledge the strength of your physical foundation with sincere appreciation for all this means to you now.
Supporting you in all you do,
Your foundation of well-being and physicality,
Smiling as you do.
And then breathing happiness energy downward all the way to your feet and toes and then out from the soles of your feet and into the space surrounding you,
Cocooning your body as you breathe in,
Smiling as you breathe in,
Your energy of happiness flowing easily now into all the areas within you that may have felt stressed or in need of healing energy before we began.
Just allow this to continue now as you just relax into the energy of your own smile and the sensation of well-being flowing in your body and in your mind without me speaking for the next few moments.
Sensing happiness surrounding you where you sit.
Sensing happiness within you.
Supporting you gently and easily.
Inviting it to remain with you as you smile into your day or night.
