Hello lovely ones,
Come into this room with me.
We're going to hold the space for just a little while as we look at how we can connect with our breath.
With our moment of awareness and do a fast reset.
We are all so busy,
It becomes very difficult for us to find these moments of peace.
To sit with a lengthy meditation and contemplate our navel.
Not so easy,
Too much going on.
The pressure is huge for us to show up and keep performing and achieving,
Doing and accomplishing.
Honestly,
We're getting worn out and the best way that we can help ourselves is to find moments to reset.
And every moment of the day,
There is a space for you to create something for yourself.
What we'd love to do is connect it in to something that you're already doing.
That will help a great deal because honestly,
If someone tells me I've got to do another thing,
I want to just scream.
Can't stand it.
Don't tell me to do another thing when I am already doing another 300 things.
And I don't want to add another piece into my day that's not necessary.
So don't be thinking about this like we are having to add this in now so that we can be fabulous.
First of all,
Let me say to you,
You're fabulous already.
You my lovely are divine being light and love.
You hold the codes of the divine inside of you.
There's no achieving and accomplishing that has to happen so that you can become that.
The only piece that we're asking is that we remember who we are.
Each and every one of us remember who we are.
And just ask yourself that.
So this is your first reset.
Before you wake up in the morning,
Before you even open your eyes,
Put your hands on your heart.
And ask your beautiful being.
With your eyes closed.
Remember who you are.
Hold that there.
Until you feel a little tingle in your body.
It's a reconnecting to the truth of who you are.
Every single morning,
Before you leap out of bed,
Before you start your day,
Before anything else happens.
Just start with that moment.
Reset.
With the idea and the agreement to remember who you are.
You have already programmed into your awareness that you,
My lovely,
Are going to be witnessing yourself on your journey from your higher self.
Noticing who you are in this moment in time.
Noticing how you are connecting.
And how you're showing up in a day-to-day,
Moment-to-moment connection.
So start with that,
That's your easy one.
Then throughout the day,
Try and bring that one in as well.
Remember who you are.
In the moments when you're sitting in your vehicle,
Perhaps you're moving from here to there,
Whatever you're doing.
As you get into your car.
Think about holding that moment.
Or as you find yourself walking from this part of your home to that part of your home.
Choose a little passageway or pathway that's between this room and that room or doorway.
That whenever you pass through that doorway or that space,
That you just stop for one moment and take one breath.
Put your hand on your heart.
Remember who you are.
Weave this in to all the little routines,
All the disciplines that you create in your day.
Just weave them in,
My sweet.
Then it's not another thing.
But these are constant reminders that help you to reset towards your higher self.
See if you can do that.
It'll be the most wonderful gift that you can give yourself.
