So good that we're here.
Let's jump into the space together as we hold the energy.
It's a wonderful time for us to just review things in our life,
The journeys that we're all on.
And as you know,
We're moving through the series that comes to an end next week.
The Journey to Remember.
I thought we could just review the journey that we've been on and I might share with you something that I wrote.
We'll see how that goes.
Being paid for us to open our hearts and remember who we are.
That's why these connections are so important,
Because here in this space and all the spaces that we create,
Our hearts open to each other,
No matter where we are and who we are and what has happened in our lives.
We just lovingly,
Graciously,
Consciously open our hearts to each other and feel that connection that is beyond our human strength.
Hooray!
Our human stories are so filled with pain and anxiety,
Sadness.
And the reason,
My lovelies,
Is so that we can see.
All these great devastations and situations that we brought ourselves into have been opportunities to see something else.
But we just keep defaulting back down to our smallest common denominator.
I think,
Well,
Why do we do that?
We're so ridiculous,
Us cute humans.
Surely we could be decent by now.
That shows us that we can do something that is phenomenal every time we open our heart and every time we exercise that beautiful muscle,
We start to expand our consciousness and our energy reach to each other.
This is how we're going to make it better.
Every time we've been here,
Whatever way you are able to be in the space and whatever space you choose to be in,
Every connection that you make through your heart is worthwhile.
It awakens us,
It shakes us awake,
And we just don't want to create setups anymore that awaken us.
Right now,
We must make an agreement that whatever we are in right now,
It doesn't need to be the extreme story to give us the great awakening.
We can just decide that we can see,
We can start ruling our life and moving through our heart space and showing up in a different way without a story to remind us.
That's where we're going wrong.
That's where we're getting caught,
My sweeties.
Just see if you can find another way to connect into this.
Every one of us is doing a particular walk.
And every walk has so many different ways of us to meander across that terrain.
There are obstacles.
There are all kinds of things that we have to face on the journey of this life,
The walk that we're taking.
But all the time,
If we pay attention,
Something else is coming in.
So if you can with me now,
Let's drop into this moment.
We'll take a deep breath in and into the space we go with all our heart and soul.
Let's do this now.
Take a deep breath in,
My lovelies.
Long,
Slow,
Out-breath.
Relax,
Drop,
Drop into this moment.
Just be here.
We thank our guides for stepping in.
And we're so grateful that we have immense love.
Graciousness and kindness.
Helping us to be in this time,
This space,
And this reality.
There is something that's coming into our awareness because we are willing to be here.
To feel the impact and the impression of life.
To feel the connections and the content of all that this life offers.
Through that,
There is this awakening.
There is this awareness.
That is nudging us to see what it is that is being revealed to us.
What do you think about this?
How do you feel about this now?
Can you pay attention to some detail that you might have missed in an idea that this was all it is?
It is never just.
As it is.
There is always more.
For us to turn on that awareness.
To step back a moment from being in the process.
To stop the walk every now and again.
To reconsider.
And to take new steps and perhaps even change direction.
This is how we are being asked to take this walk.
I'm going to try and read this little piece to you from that book that just came flooding into my awareness.
I'm saying try and read it to you because you know that I'm a little dyslexic.
So apologize right up front for when I do reversals.
Okay,
Cuties.
But I'm going to read this little part to you.
It's called my walk.
And that's what we're talking about today.
It is our walk of life.
So where this came in,
It was when I was walking on the beach in Jeffreys Bay.
We had come back from living in America so we could help my mummy with her end of life journey.
Oh,
And that was such a huge decision to come back and be here because I knew my life then would take a new direction.
Talk about a change in the pathway.
That was a magnificently huge change in the pathway.
And I must tell you,
I didn't greet it with a smiling,
Sweet little darling face all the time.
There were moments where I was really sad,
Upset,
And really angry that my life had come to an end for what I wished it to be.
Living in the States was my childhood dream to be there.
So all these detours,
All these tangents,
And they take us on a specific meander.
So I was walking on the beach,
This beautiful beach right outside mom and dad's home,
Wide open,
Open,
Beautiful space,
And I'm having a little meander.
Meandering I'm thinking.
About life and just being there and being in the moment.
And suddenly I get the sense that everything slows down.
Cause like everything just slowed down.
And I was starting to become aware of everything around me.
It was as if I was hearing what I needed to know and understand.
I did the whole walk.
And then I hurry back to my desk.
And I started to type quickly what I was hearing.
And this is what came in.
This is exactly as it came in.
And I'm going to read it to you now,
As best I can.
All right,
My darlings,
Let's call Mad Wolf.
Walking on the beach,
I see the footsteps forming behind my path.
I look back and see that the line of steps is not in a straight line.
Even though I thought I was walking a direct route.
The pathway curves gently around the light impressions of the sand mounds.
I was not even aware that I'd been following the contours of the earth.
I walk now with a sense of purpose,
Placing each foot gently on the earth.
Where the sand is hard and unyielding,
The steps are barely visible.
And where the sand is soft.
I see my mark.
Pressed into the ground.
I understand that the world can be like the sand.
Soft and yielding at times.
Allowing me to leave an impression that is well-formed and noticeable.
At other times,
The earth is hard and unrelenting.
I have still travelled that way.
Yet the mark that I leave is known only to me.
So slight it is.
The wind blows towards me and lifts my hair.
And my spirits bringing in the smell of the ocean.
The breath of life.
I breathe it in through my nostrils,
Recharging the energy and my soul.
The wind dances on the sand and lifts the edges from my footprints.
Smoothing the indentations and sometimes covering them up entirely.
Still,
I know I walked that way.
I stop to see.
To breathe,
To rest a while.
My prints are behind me and not yet made ahead of me.
I see the expanse of clear sand,
Washed beach,
And feel the tingle of anticipation realizing that the steps I am to take from this point are the ones I wish to make.
From this point of pause,
I can decide which direction I choose to walk.
How firmly I intend to place my feet.
How far I intend to take myself along that route.
All the while around me the air is changing,
The wind,
The light and the scenery.
It might be the same place it was moments before.
But now it looks different.
I'm aware of the ever-changing moving and shifting of the atmosphere.
As I walk,
I adjust my jacket to shield me from the cooling air.
I adjust me.
The scene will always change.
How can I possibly think?
That it will stay the same.
I am not the same.
I make the changes in me that allow me to stay.
Inside of the changing scene.
I move myself across the path.
Following the curves and avoiding the beach debris.
Before,
I never considered how amazing this ability within me actually is.
Now I'm aware and I'm grateful.
So much goes on within me that I am unconscious to.
What an amazing,
Resilient being I am.
At times,
I look down and find treasures along the path.
Tiny beautiful foam shells.
In vivid colours.
Fragile and perfect.
Until an idle step shatters them.
Some things will not survive on our walk through this life.
We are bound to fracture something along the way.
Nature forgives by supplying in abundance.
I give thanks for that abundance.
I forgive generously and earnestly.
I look up and I see the expansive sky.
Even the horizons are not the end.
There is more.
So much more.
I could feel small and unseen in this vastness,
But I feel held.
And I feel loved.
I am part of the wondrous creation and loved as much as the tiniest shell.
I see the purpose of the plan.
For even the smallest creatures.
Each life interlocking in wizard precision.
Without one,
The cycle cannot sustain itself.
I long to have all of mankind see this picture,
This connection.
The wind is blowing patterns on the sand.
The bits of driftwood hold similar patterns.
The sand plowers,
They are those little shells,
Those little snails in them,
They're like little pointy shells,
They're too adorable,
The sand plowers.
They weave hieroglyphic messages.
In the with sand.
There is pattern for all beings.
We are all part of an intricate tapestry.
The thread that holds us all together is the breath of life.
We are encapsulated in the same pod of earth.
Sustained by the same light and source.
The reflections of the mountains and the clouds shine in the water-washed beach.
The earth reflects the sky.
The sky reflects the earth.
Heaven and earth,
Yin and yang,
Good and difficult.
Ease and challenge.
It is all one.
The separation is only in our seeing of it.
I turn back.
My footprints are still showing along some of the journey.
I try now to walk inside my state.
My haltering steps are labored.
I cannot place my feet in the exact same marks.
Without walking backwards.
And looking over my shoulder.
This is ridiculous.
And makes me laugh,
I stumble and I fall.
In life,
Why would I consider trying to retrace my old steps?
They do not fit me anymore.
I cannot walk them with the same sense of trust and ease.
I have to concentrate so much on the journey.
The unrealistic expectation could leave me disappointed and unfulfilled.
If this was a serious walk for us.
Luckily for me,
I can choose to even dance some of the way.
And I leap,
Swirl,
And I sway,
Leaving a myriad of different prints.
To show the movement and flow and ease.
My spirit lifts and I feel as light as the seagulls that swoop the head.
I have moved a great distance and I haven't even been aware of the labor.
My dancing feet have freed me from the stilted,
Restricted,
Concentrated,
Self-imposed,
Laborious walk.
I choose to dance more.
It is the end of the meander now.
And I look back over the path and I feel a sense of lightness and satisfaction.
For giving myself this time of life.
I have moved over rocks,
Hard and soft sinking sand,
And I have adjusted to each change and I've moved on.
The wind is blown and it has been hot at times.
Still I danced and laughed and I will keep on dancing and laughing.
Even when my footprints can no longer be seen by others.
I know that I have participated.
Regardless.
Of the visible impression left behind.
And that has made all the difference to me.
I am divinely and uniquely blessed.
Encoded for my magnificence.
May that be,
May we remember that.
So much love there,
My treasures.
That experience was just so beautiful and honestly it was like a dictation and there I sat and just typed it as quickly as I could.
As I was hearing it,
It was just too wonderful.
That is the walk of life.
It's going to be all that it's going to be.
And who we are and how we becoming is part of that journey.
So please,
My lovies,
Find your steps.
See who you are.
Remember who you are.
May this be the most excellent and most delightful journey that you ever create.
And you go ahead and create it.
So much love to you,
My darlings.
Thank you for you for being here.
I'm going to be a little bit tearful now,
So I'm going to say goodbye to you.
Thank you for holding the space with me.
Big,
Big hugs to you all.
Many blessings.
