Today,
We're going to talk about let go,
Let God.
That is such a big story that I learned in a very painful way.
And I'm sure we've all been learning that lesson through our life journey.
Sometimes we just hit these big walls,
These great collision points.
And we have to stop.
And we sit,
We frame,
We think,
We organize.
And then start again.
Those spots,
Those stopping points are very,
Very significant for us.
So we're going to talk a little bit about that today.
And how we can be in that space and let go,
Let God come back into pure trust.
And I'll give you some background about how I got to know that very,
Very dearly,
Deeply,
Dearly and sincerely.
So let's hop into the space together.
We just breathe,
We relax,
Just do that every time so that we can start to bring in a very high light vibration and hold ourselves here with so much love and kindness.
Take a deep breath in,
Then a long slow out breath out.
Relax,
Relax,
Drop,
Drop into this moment.
Feel like you can make that connection through your heart and your soul.
It's okay to be here.
We give ourselves permission,
Perfect permission just to be here.
Soften your tummy.
Sending a note to your entire being.
That I am in the space of allowing and trusting.
Drop your shoulders a little bit more.
And check your tummy again.
How quickly we seize up and become tight again.
That default setting of vigilance must go.
And the only way we can train ourselves is to be mindful and reset and keep resetting all the time.
Soften your tummy.
And you will know that you're in the place where you can receive and allow and trust you because you are holding you here.
And you're not being vigilant and worried about all the stuff around you.
See if you can create that little energy pod for yourself now.
When we are in these spaces where we allow ourselves to be inside of this beautiful pod,
This cocoon of light and love.
Let's welcome our guides,
Angels,
Divine presence.
Come now,
Be here,
Be with me now.
We open our hearts and our souls.
And we let this beautiful energy flow into us.
Filled with light,
Filled with love.
May that be.
And as you relax a little bit more.
We ask that whatever it is that we can let go of today,
It no longer serves us.
May we do that with ease and grace.
May it move towards us in such a sweet way.
And may the release be so gentle that we barely notice it.
Letting go of all the stuff that we no longer need.
When you find yourself in the place where you're ready to let go.
There is such a beautiful mind-body connection that we can create for that.
When you are sitting in a bathtub again or just picturing yourself in this bathtub.
Feel yourself being held and how softly that connects and fills up all the spaces around you.
And imagine that every drop that's in that bathtub with you.
Is a little bit of information.
Every drop.
Is a drop of awareness,
Consciousness and experience something that you've known,
Felt,
Perceived.
Imagine that when we pull out the plug.
And let all that water run away.
Every drop,
Every story.
Every little bit.
That is how easy it is to let go of the stories that we are holding.
If we were to grab the water.
We would find that when we open our hands,
There's almost nothing in it,
Just a moisture.
And if we were to scoop it up,
We couldn't hold it for too long and it would also just run away and dissipate.
We are not meant to hold the content.
And water is the most incredible way to hold information.
We are going to find out more and more about how the water is coded.
So if you play with that idea now.
You will find that you will be able to let go of stuff,
Stories very quickly when you visualize yourself.
Immersed,
Soaking in this tab.
Of all the stuff,
The content,
The data,
The information.
Every little drop has got some story.
And then you pull out the plug.
And just let it run out.
If you need some time to do that,
Create a soft space for you.
Just imagine that every little drop that's running out,
Your body is softening a little bit more and you're letting go.
The more we can let go of the stories that have defined us to this point.
The quicker we are going to be able to move into that next vibrational field.
It's right here and it's waiting for us.
But we are the only ones who can choose it.
Create a space for that to become.
Creating a space is creating an energy space around us.
All the clatter,
All the stories,
All the pain,
The misery.
Every single thing that we've gained access to through this life journey,
All of that,
Little bits of residue and droplets,
Clutter,
All of that must be released.
Let go.
Let God be.
Let's talk about that today as we go on and hold the space and hold each other.
And we think about how we can do that.
And I'm sure that in your life you've had many moments where you've come to that experience where you just cannot carry the story that you're in any longer.
So often when we get to the point where we just cannot hold it any longer,
We have hit absolute desperation,
Hopelessness.
Deep,
Deep sadness,
Depression perhaps.
And every part of that understanding is helping us to understand,
This I cannot do any longer.
But instead of getting the message that says,
I don't want to do this anymore.
Because my being is heavy and sad and longing and in pain.
And instead of hearing that that is the message,
We blame and shame ourselves.
We tell ourselves that we're overreacting.
We're ridiculous.
We must pull ourselves together.
We blame,
Shame,
And reprimand ourselves in the most awful way possible.
We were never meant to be a machine.
We were meant to feel so deeply.
So that we can heal that exact pain so deeply.
Whatever it is that you came to do,
To clear,
To open.
You're going in this life to experience the story that awakens it.
Reminds you why you're here.
Sadly for us ridiculous humans.
The best way.
For us to pay attention is when things are challenging,
Difficult,
Painful or hard.
Isn't that true?
We don't pay attention to the signals and the signs when everything is just lovely hunky-dory and all is well around us.
We just think,
Oh,
That's lovely.
Everything's working out.
I'm in flow.
Isn't it marvelous?
But if we don't pay attention to what it is that we are here to do and create.
And we keep pushing that aside and we don't get down to the work of what we're here to do as lightworkers,
To put down light.
In the place of darkness that we know.
If we don't do that work,
The work is going to press its awareness towards us.
How do I know that?
I'll tell you just a little bit about my story that brought me to that point of pain so that you can know and start recognizing your story.
Go back.
And look through the pages of your life.
Go and find those stories and remember what it is that brought you to your knees.
That brought you to the point where you just could not play pretend.
And carry on in the same way.
That your heart was breaking so badly that it could not continue.
When I was just starting to process who I was in the world.
Very young.
I only ever wanted to be a mummy.
So much so that all my dolls were real to me.
And if someone picked them up by the arm,
I would scream and cry.
I could not bear it if someone wasn't holding my doll in a gentle,
Kind way.
It was such a big story for me to have children that I could care for.
And for me,
That meant I was going to be a mama.
And when I didn't manage to be a mummy,
That was the biggest devastation of my life.
It felt like my purpose for being.
Was just taken away.
And I had no idea what the purpose could be if I wasn't a mother.
How could I possibly do this life and be significant and show up if I couldn't bring all this love that I wanted to bring in to these little people,
To my own little children?
How could that be?
It just seems impossible.
I pursued so ardently.
Trying to get pregnant,
Trying to do all the fertility things that were still very new in those days.
And even though we had a very sophisticated fertility clinic here in South Africa,
It was a devastating process,
Absolutely devastating,
In that the humiliation and the torment and the pain and the awfulness and the prodding and the lack of respect.
Being treated like an object.
It was just a hideous experience from head to toe.
And even with all of that,
The pursuit was so intense,
I knew what I needed.
And I believe this is what I needed to fulfill that deep,
Deep love that I knew in my soul.
That was how I had interpreted what I needed to do in this world and this life.
So be mindful,
That's the first thing I want to say to you.
Be mindful of how you have interpreted your reason for being,
Your raison d'etre,
Your life purpose.
Be very aware of how you have processed what you think you should be doing to fulfill your life purpose.
We are all here to fulfill it and that is where my mind went and it has gone there from a tiny little kid and it held all the way right through all my years until there was no more hope.
That holding on in my mindset had set me on a pathway that was far too painful for my system.
The medication and all the stuff that they gave me,
I was the only person at that time in South Africa who was chronically allergic to all the stuff that they were giving me to make this happen.
And my entire system crashed,
Crashed so badly that I couldn't walk,
I couldn't talk,
I couldn't do a simple nose to finger exercise.
I couldn't recognize people's names.
I couldn't process.
My whole body was in pain.
A headache that I thought I was going to die,
Nausea that was just off the charts.
And if I got up in the morning and I managed to stumble to the bathroom and brush my teeth,
Then I thought that was a good day.
So you can imagine coming from a very capable person to a completely broken system,
How awful that was.
And being at the point where there was nothing left.
Eventually,
We went to New York.
My uncle and my aunt managed to get me an appointment with an endocrinologist.
She said the most magical words,
That your whole system has been compromised,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
A lot of stuff.
But then she said that you will get better.
That was the point that I held on to.
That thing,
You will get better.
But I knew I would get better in a different way.
Even though I still held on to the idea of being a mummy.
Eventually I had to have a hysterectomy because I had problems and stories that needed to not be there.
I was a 27,
So you can imagine.
Being so young and having this hope,
This deep desire,
This lifelong desire just annihilated.
At that point.
I heard the words from a beautiful friend who said to me,
Joy,
Let go.
Let God go.
When she said it,
It was like I heard the divine speaking through her to me.
And I suddenly understood what that meant.
It was as if this huge hand came down and touched my heart and pulled out all the pain,
The devastation,
And unlocked that pain in my system.
That was so real that I cannot even begin to tell you how real it was.
At that point,
I realized that there was some other way.
To sharpen this world.
That I need to show up and love and honor life.
New life,
Potential of life.
Not just babies and children.
Although I've always worked with children.
But not just to do it in that way,
But to honor life.
And there was a much bigger picture that needed me to see it and embrace it.
In my human frame,
I only saw being a mom.
That was what I could see.
But the moment the misery and the compacted pain was released from me,
It was like there was this broad spectrum of opportunity,
Possibility that opened up suddenly like wow,
There was something else that was available.
And I didn't know what that was.
I really didn't.
But I knew that there was another plan for me in my life.
And that,
My lovelies,
Is what I want you to hear.
There is a divine design for each and every one of us.
Not one of us is here by mistake.
We are here on purpose and on time.
There is a reason for us being here.
In the brokenness and the pain,
The devastation of what we're in,
No matter what it looks like.
That is where you are being asked to light your light,
To illuminate that who you truly are,
A being of love and light.
A healer,
A traveler through time.
It's because this has been revealed to you and shown to you,
Because it's crashed and collided with your consciousness,
That you can now know what it is that is part of your journey.
So here's the challenge.
Look into your life.
Just look at it.
Look what is so challenging,
So difficult.
And what you're pushing up against all the time.
Is there perhaps something that you can stop pushing against?
And if you just let it go,
Let go,
Let God and say,
Okay,
There's a lot of energy,
A huge thrust of awareness coming towards me.
And instead of using all your energy to push it away,
No,
No,
I don't want it like this.
I want it my way.
Dabbing.
Defiant.
I know that was me.
Instead of doing all of that and wasting our energy,
Exhausting our systems,
Just let it go.
Let go,
Let God.
Ask now.
What is it that I can bring in that I know because I am in this particular situation?
What is it that I know,
That I can do,
That I can connect to?
More than anyone else who's never been in this space.
What can I do with my life that is significant?
Because we are here on purpose.
Every single one of us.
I promise you,
My lovelies,
If you were not here on purpose,
You would not be here.
This is the most beautifully orchestrated divine design.
So intricate,
So beautiful.
If we could just stop and get away from the story that we are creating ourselves inside of,
Interpreting it in our only small little 3D human frame.
If we can just put it down for a moment and stop and relax.
And ask,
So this is what I meant.
So what is that about?
What do I understand?
What do I know about this pain,
This hardship,
This suffering?
What do I know inside of this?
You will find.
The gift that is inside of that.
We must say nothing is going to be right.
Find the gift that you can give,
Not receive.
The gift that you can give.
Because of what you know.
That is truly one of the greatest gifts.
That you will come across and be part of.
Because when you give a gift.
.
.
It is you receiving that back tenfold.
But when we just want to have what we want,
I feel so embarrassed about my little stubborn human tantruming,
Screaming,
Wanting,
Ranting.
This is what I wanted,
I wanted,
I wanted,
At any and every cost.
Well,
If that's what it takes.
At every cost,
It almost cost my life.
Almost,
Almost cost my life.
I'm so glad it didn't because I get to be here with all of you.
And we get to recreate something and start again.
Open up our heart and our mind and eyes,
We start to see that there is something else.
And that we're a part of something else.
It's not about getting what you want.
It's about giving into a space that needs more and more light in it.
So receiving,
We will always receive.
But that is not the point of it.
We are already beings of love and light.
We are that already.
Why do we have to grab it and hold it now and be reassured that's who we are?
Just stop playing that game of having to reaffirm yourself and study this and do that and learn this and become this next thing.
You're that already.
Just take all the pressure off.
Let go.
Let God.
And let God come into your demand space.
Let God filter into your thoughts,
Your heart,
Your soul.
And begin from that point to illuminate the path in front of you,
Just like a flashlight in the dark night that just starts to open.
There's something else,
And we are something else,
And we're here to create something that's so remarkable.
Let's all just stop playing our little games.
Me,
Me,
Me,
I want,
I must have.
Oh my gosh,
I did that for so long.
We're wearing ourselves out,
Aren't we?
So we just stopped doing it and we start again.
I want to read you this little poem that helped me so much on my word.
So when I eventually decided to stop the game,
Joy,
So it just came to me in like one of those little things that was in a magazine,
No one's name,
No author or anything.
It just came in like this called Broken Dreams.
Like a child who brings their broken toys with tears for us to mend.
So I brought my broken dreams to God because He is my friend.
And then,
Instead of leaving him,
In peace to work alone.
I hang around and try to help.
With ways that were my own.
And then at last I snatched them back and cried,
How can you be so slow?
My child,
He said,
What could I do?
You never did let go.
And that just makes me want to cry.
And thankfully at some point I did let go,
But I took almost to the point of destroying myself.
To the net.
Let go,
Let God.
So my sweeties,
Where can you do this in your life?
Where are you now in your life that you can do this?
What have you had enough of pursuing and pushing as hard as you have to?
And what happened to that magic in you that just knew?
There is matter there still.
It's like a little flame that's never going to go out.
We kindle it in whatever way you can.
And find those moments when you can come back and feel your heart and your soul and reconnect.
So let's do this now.
Let's take a deep breath in together.
A long,
Slow out-breath.
Settle your whole body down and feel that release.
Day to go,
Yet gone.
Pull the plug out the bath of all the problems and the stories.
All the clatter and the chaos.
That you've immersed yourself in.
And just imagine it all running away.
There is nothing else we have to hold on to.
This is a whole lot of data and information.
And I release and let go,
Eliminate with all my heart and all my soul.
Through all time,
Fields,
And dimensions,
All the pain and sadness.
All the stories that I've clung onto to help me to know who I am.
I release that too.
And I remember that I am the very breath of the divine.
And I'm here on purpose.
That I have a mission.
A soul's mission.
I ask now that I can reconnect to that.
Whatever it is that I can give as a kindness.
A gift of my time.
My being.
My life,
My experience,
Whatever that might be.
My thoughts,
My prayers.
Whatever gift I can give.
To a world that is so in trouble and so much pain.
May death be.
We take a deep breath into our being.
And just let that be in that space.
Relax your whole body,
Soften.
Hold yourself here gently.
There's so much love.
You are so loved,
My darlings.
Thank you for you,
Your beautiful journey,
Your beautiful life,
Your beautiful being.
Remember who you are.
It's the most important thing you will ever do.
Remember who you are.
The adage.
