Here comes our Balmain job. So lovely. And we're here in this space together. We take a deep breath in to this beautiful mind, Body, Being. Long slow ash voice. For a little while. Let's notice this breath of life that we're welcoming to us. Notice how it moves into your being. If we can be very still and feel this flow coming in through the nostrils in the left and the right. Feel how easy it is, And then to release and soften your tummy. Imagine falling back into the wings of angels, Being held, Loved. We soften around the eyes. The cheekbones, Gulp of the brow, Your jaw. Drop your shoulders a little deeper. Feel your body balancing on the left and the right. From your shoulders to your hips. Your knee, Your ankles, Your feet, Arms are heavy. In the sacred space that we're in now, Asking this mind, This body and this being to rest deeply, To find stillness. Beautiful light colors. We step right into that sacred space where our hearts open. We remember who we are, Divine beings of light and love, Travelers through time. Here to bring in a light code and to hold it in the presence of our own gift of being. Imagine that you have a little piece of the hologram in you. Fully aware, Fully connected. Some plain beans here. Is going to open up that awareness as the many pieces reconnect. Like one little pixel in a hologram, That pixel holds the entire image. We are just like that, One tiny little pixel of the great hologram. We hold the entire message light essence within us. Yet we feel like we're just one. But we are one of it all, One of the whole. We carry the wholeness in us. As we rest into this place, We feel the heart, The longing, The desire. The seeking and the searching. We imagine our heart opening like a beautiful lotus flower. Petal upon petal unveiling itself, Releasing beautiful perfume of life. Our hearts open, We expand into the space. We imagine that the essence, The energy, And the frequency that we hold if this is a code blueprint. And all we must do is be still where we are and emit that frequency into the collective field. Just as a perfume is released from a beautiful flower in the garden. And you take a meander around the garden and you catch a beautiful whiff. Of these roses. Of a yesterday, Today and tomorrow. With a friend you pay me. Every one is its own beautiful perfume. The scent together. Awakens our senses. If we would open our awareness to colour, That all the colours, A full spectrum is here. Being held in the green of the grass and the leaves and the trees. And the bursts and the brown and the yellow waves. And all the colours that we could possibly imagine, The full spectrum within the rainbow of it. We look around and we gather all those pieces up into our being and it starts to illuminate the spectrum of our light being. We feel like we can bring all of this now, The perfume, The essence, The vibration, The sounds. The sound of life, The birds, The breeze, The trees, The water. How wonderful. Every little piece comes into our being. Every piece touches a fragment of her essence. Nourishes us, Reminds us. Whole dress. When we see ourselves as part of all of this magnificence, We become part of it. Our structure, Our independent, Isolated human expression dissipates. And our presence in each of us. We imagine this like steam coming from a kettle. Momentarily we can see it. And in a moment it just dissipates into the air, Not gone, But there. But no longer seen in the human idea. Everything in nature is that. So much more. And the stillness where we are now. Allow your sensing to move from one sound to another. You you you you Thanks for watching! Allow your imagination. To see the ocean. To fears. To know it. To improve it. You Then allow yourself to be in the clouds, To be the clouds. You Feel the impermanence of it all. Everything changing all the time. Within that is a floating and a releasing. Be allowing. At trusting. But we could be in the body of water. And simply float upon it. To lie back upon this body of water, This that we can barely hold in our own hand, Holds us. You feel the coolness and The body lies upon it so relaxed, Trusting, Allowing. We find ourselves floating upon this beautiful body of water. And then become aware that if you were to open your eyes and look up and see the sky and the clouds. Vast expanse above you. That too would be an endless space. And you, My lovely, Are being held between the two. A war town, The wet, The cool. The air, The sunlight, The dry. How amazing that one being can know itself. And all the expressions that are available to it. If we were doing healthy still. We would ask, Am I floating or am I flying? We feel ourselves in the space right between. Our reality switches to us floating on the water. Flying through the air. In our very present mortal form. We are being suspended between two very different elements. Neither of them can we hold in our hand. And yet they hold us completely. There is no difference. In that we understand that we as is human who can perceive itself in the multi-universe. Can understand this life. That we can assimilate the information that we are giving them. We can integrate it into our being. While we're doing all of this, We are noticing and witnessing. That is the gift. And we are here to witness. We are here to witness this life. And to witness what it's like to be in this life with the deepest knowing of who we are already. They release the struggle. They fall back into the wings of angels, Rest upon this body of water. Be held here now. It should not affect you. The edge from you. In this life and dedicate what it is that I am holding in and through and around me. I ask that this be my most profound considered life. I'm paying attention to what it is that's unfolding around me and I'm simply witnessing it. We are being asked just to witness it. Not add to it, Not try and work it out or solve it, Fix it. Just witness. This shift will bring us back. Everything is already, It's already in place. We are already. It is the divine orchestration and it is perfect. See yourself being held in this column of beautiful light pouring down upon you. You're being held here now. So that you can witness this life. How wonderful. If this brings a deep peace to you. Soften your whole body even more. Relax into it. No need to accomplish, To do, To strive. Just witness. Ed, No other karma, Story, Trauma, Just witness. What a wonderful gift this is for us to receive. To tear our hearts and souls of all the torment and all the struggles. All the ideas, Perceptions, Beliefs, Doctrine, Dogma, Just release it all. Put it down. Nothing to do with me. For more of us who just put this down. At least it will be held. The more we hold it, The harder it gets, The heavier it gets. Before you're done. Or we simply witness. And open our hearts to this. Wonderful. Remember who you are. In this beautiful place of peace and love and grace. So grateful guides and angels divine presence here now We're just asking that whatever it is that we can heal through this mind, Body, And our mortal being. Whatever gifts will help us to be here in life. In our most extraordinary, Wonderful way. We ask now that we can receive this deep into every bone, Nerve, Tissue, Fapa, Every mitochondria, Every telomere. And we start to awaken and heighten the awareness, Our consciousness. That we may witness all of this that is unfolding. With immense clarity and love. Grace. You've already understood that the gift has already been given to you. Now we bring it back fully. Let the soothing touch every particle of your being and open your heart, The magnetic field, Track towards you that which you deeply desire to help you to stay on this earth for as long as you possibly can. Whatever it is that your heart is desiring. May that move towards you now through the magnetic pull of your heart. Within the divine design. We only ever want to be in the divine desire. I feel the peace and the oneness now of that. Let this fill your entire being. Mind, Body, And soul. We recreate our divine and sacred agreement, Our reason for being. Wait here and now on time or on purpose. We step into the next phase of my work here. We have done the first part, The accumulating of the data, The deep understanding of the human story, And now we step into the next role. Stand in it now. Who should my dad take care of now? In for you. These are lovely. We can hold this beautiful energy, Pristine, Clear, Flowing. Light-filled, Delightful, Filled with the divine light.
