Former Buddhist monk, Jorge Sepulveda is a meditation teacher and content creator. With over 2 years of cummulative retrat time he has a down to earth approach to the practice and teaching of mindfulness. His unwavering passion for understanding the human mind and emotions has led him to delve into philosophy, psychology, cognitive sciences, and various spiritual traditions. This broad exploration has given him profound insights and tools, which he wholeheartedly shares with others.
