Hi,

Sweet friends.

I've been hearing from a lot of you lately that the last few weeks have been kind of tough.

Getting to sleep at night hasn't been as easy as it always was.

And for those of you who have trouble getting to sleep normally,

It's exacerbated.

And so I thought we could just take a moment to acknowledge the journey we've been on.

Whether you agree that the last few weeks have been bumpy,

Or maybe just something new is on the horizon.

And so we can acknowledge what it is,

Known or maybe even unknown,

And then use that collective energy of acknowledgement to unwind our minds and to get to sleep.

Maybe even just 10% easier tonight.

So make your way to your bed,

Adjust the covers as you like them,

Make any adjustments so you feel your neck is supported,

And that you can really relax your body.

Letting it sink into the mattress.

And you can relax your jaw.

And take a few breaths.

Landing here and breathing through the nose.

Big sigh out the mouth.

Two more like that.

And breathing through the nose.

Sigh out the mouth.

Last one as if you could take all the tension and worry and hold it on that inhale.

Exhale,

Sigh,

Release all that tension and worry.

Let yourself get heavier,

Sink deeper,

And enjoy that you are here and you are very clear that tonight you want to sleep with ease,

And you want to have beautiful dreams,

Perhaps that you even remember.

But either way,

Setting the intention for wherever your consciousness goes tonight that it will bring you restoration in the morning and a feeling of upliftment that wouldn't have been there before.

And so if the last few weeks or even the day has felt heavy for you,

I'd like you to imagine that this heaviness,

Bumpiness,

This pattern of whatever the last few weeks or day has been,

Is a color.

And you can land on the first color that comes to mind.

And then where does this color live in your body?

If you were to notice it predominantly in one place,

Where is it?

So it might be a dark gray color that is between your eyes.

Maybe it's a red at the back of your head,

A mustard yellow at your belly,

Maybe it's a light purple.

And for a moment,

Just allow it to be here.

Breathe with ease.

Can you let it be here?

And also relax your body.

Now I'd like you to imagine that beginning when you wake up tomorrow,

Your life takes a beautiful turn for the absolute best.

And if things are already going well,

It just gets better.

So breathing into that possibility,

Notice how just allowing that idea to be possible can feel in your body and then bring to mind what color is associated with that feeling that when you wake up,

A turn for the absolute best will be present in your life.

So landing on whatever color comes to your mind first,

And then noticing where in your body that color might live,

Where you just might be able to sense even energetically that that that color has a home.

Maybe it's like a magenta in your smile or a bright green in your heart.

It could be like a purple at your forehead.

And then I'd like you to imagine that this color of possibility travels through your body and finds the place where the past few weeks or day has created a different color,

Different energy.

And let this new color swirl around the first color you landed on until that color seems to disintegrate and becomes an even more radiant version of the second color you've imagined.

And then let that color travel through the entire cavity of your body.

Let it become more radiant and let it feel good.

You might even make a sound like a heavy weight has been lifted and you are robed in this new energy and possibility that when you wake up tomorrow,

There might be a turn or maybe even a rocket ship toward your best day.

And it starts right here,

Right now,

Acknowledging the possibility and letting yourself relax toward a deep,

Restorative,

Deep sleep.

You can either choose to let this color,

This energy,

This light be like a shell around you as you sleep,

Or you can choose to let go of it completely and know that it is out in your space,

In your field,

In your world,

Encircling you,

You,

All that you do,

All who you encounter,

And holds the flag of possibility.

May you have sweet dreams.

May you rest well.

May you wake restored and available to you.

The best possibilities for you.
