If something is important,
You can give yourself space.
Let's take time to do that together.
Take a long breath in through your nose,
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let's do that once more.
Inhale through your nose,
Exhale,
Release slowly through your mouth.
Soften through your body and gently close your eyes.
Feel yourself supported in the position you've chosen,
Connecting to the seat beneath you,
The earth,
And seeing if you can soften just a bit more,
Relaxing through the neck and shoulders,
And softening at the jaw.
Now bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows,
The center of your forehead.
It's the space known as the third eye chakra,
An energy center known for being the seat of inner wisdom and intuition.
I'd like you to imagine that as you're bringing your attention here,
There is a soft indigo blue light,
And it begins to glow.
With every breath in,
The light becomes more clear.
And with every breath out,
Your mind softens.
Breathing in,
Soft indigo blue light becoming more clear and growing.
And as you breathe out,
There's a softening,
A space that's being created.
Right now,
In this moment here,
You don't need to figure anything out.
This is a space to be open and to practice listening,
Not a listening where you are trying to force an answer,
But a listening to the space between,
From the space of the demand or the need to decide,
Creating space for clarity to come.
And even in this moment now,
Imagining that you have the certainty,
I know that clarity will come.
I am grounded.
I am creating space.
And as I practice,
I know the divine inspiration will come to me.
Feel the light between your brows gently pulsing.
Let this be a symbol of your insight,
Your vision,
Your certainty.
Take one more long breath and fill your body.
Hold this breath just for a moment.
This holding creates even more space.
And as you exhale slowly with ease,
Letting yourself be a channel for this divine inspiration.
Whenever you're ready,
You can take a last moment with yourself,
Maybe placing a hand on your heart.
And then if your eyes are closed,
You can begin to open them and take in the space around you.
Maybe seeing it in a new way,
Noticing something new in your space.
That inner wisdom,
It's with you.
Your answers are coming.
You've got this.
