The source of peace is not in the world,

It is in your soul.

Your next breath,

That's how long you have to wait for peace.

Jayajaan Take a deep breath in.

As you exhale,

Let the words settle into your body.

Peace isn't something waiting for you somewhere else,

It's here,

It's in this breath.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze if you haven't already.

Feel the soft rhythm of your breath as it moves in and out.

Notice that you don't have to control anything.

Breathing happens on its own.

It's within this effortless rhythm,

Peace begins to rise.

With your next inhale,

Feel the space behind your heart expand.

With your exhale,

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Your jaw to relax,

Your belly to release.

Imagine a gentle light glowing at the center of your chest,

Steady,

Warm,

Unbothered by the noise of this world.

This light is your peace,

It is always with you,

And it never leaves you.

When your mind wanders,

Gently guide it back to your breath.

This moment,

This calm presence,

The light within.

Peace is not something I find.

Peace is something I remember.

Breathing in peace,

Letting it echo in your body like a soft hum.

As you continue breathing,

Feel how peace doesn't need perfect conditions.

It doesn't need the world to quiet down.

It's already alive inside of you.

It's as close as this next breath.

Take one final long inhale,

Fill your lungs completely,

Hold it.

As you exhale,

Let go of anything that blocks your calm,

And gently whisper to yourself,

Peace is here.

I am peace.

Carry this stillness within you,

And with you,

Into every step,

Every word,

Every moment to come.
