Hello! Welcome to my meditations. I am a full-time mindfulness coach and also love to teach the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Programme. My journey began over 20 years ago with the Landmark Forum followed by a 10-day Vipassana, culminating in a calling to quit the corporate world and qualify as a mindfulness coach. I love to share the simplicity, wisdom and insight of mindfulness, especially since having kids. I am particularly passionate about providing the tools to help us all deal with the intensity of our busy lives and most importantly, learning how to best take care of ourselves.
