Sama Vritti, or even breath, is very similar to box breathing, just without the breath holds. This is a great technique to help you calm down in an anxious or stressful situation, as well as provide extra clarity or a slight boost in energy when you're feeling lethargic. In this practice, we'll play with various breath counts from 3 counts all the way to 6 counts. This will help you determine which count works best for you and your body as you dive deeper into your mindfulness practice.
