Let it go,
Feeling your body soften with the exhale.
Notice where you are right now.
The ground beneath you,
Steady and dependable.
With every breath,
You are arriving more fully into this moment.
Now notice the sounds around you.
The air on your skin.
Let your body know,
I am safe here.
Feel your shoulders drop,
Your jaw loosen,
Your belly soften.
Safety is the soil where calm can grow.
Now place a hand gently on your heart or your belly.
Whisper inwardly,
It's okay to rest.
It's okay to be calm.
Let yourself receive this permission fully.
Calm is not weakness.
It is your natural state returning.
Feel the calm in your body,
In your breath,
In your mind.
Imagine soaking it in,
As if each cell is learning calm.
Every inhale imprints peace into your nervous system.
Every exhale releases tension.
Let this calm settle deeply inside you.
As you return,
Notice the calm that now lives within you.
Carry it into the rest of your day,
Into your words,
Into your choices.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes and step forward with calm presence.
