Take a deep breath in.
Let it go slowly.
Notice your body here and now.
With each inhale,
Imagine fresh energy entering.
And with each exhale,
Imagine releasing what no longer serves you.
Peel the ground holding you.
Notice the sounds around you.
The air on your skin.
Whisper inwardly.
In this moment,
I am safe.
Safety creates the space where healing begins.
You can bring your hand to your heart or to the place where you feel pain or tension.
You can gently say,
It's okay to hurt.
It's okay to heal.
Let kindness soften what feels heavy.
Feel the lightness of release.
The warmth of compassion.
Let your body soak it in as if each cell is learning to mend.
Healing is happening breath by breath.
Now as you return,
Notice what feels lighter.
Softer or more open.
Carry this sense of healing into the rest of your day.
