Your worthiness is not dependent on external factors or achievements.
Embrace this truth and let it serve as the foundation for your practice today.
As you settle into the present moment,
Bring your attention to your breath.
Notice the natural flow of your breath without trying to change it.
Feel your chest or abdomen's gentle rise and fall with each breath.
Imagine breathing in a warm,
Comforting light,
Representing love and acceptance with each inhale.
Feel this light filling your entire body,
Radiating from within.
As you exhale,
Release self-doubt,
Self-criticism,
And feelings of unworthiness.
Now focus on your heart center,
The area in the middle of your chest.
Visualize this area glowing with a soft,
Compassionate light.
Feel this light expanding and growing with each breath,
Spreading warmth and comfort throughout your entire being.
As you continue to breathe,
Repeat the following silently or out loud.
I am enough,
Exactly as I am,
In this moment.
I am worthy of love and kindness,
Just as I am.
I honor and value myself for who I truly am.
Just feeling the echo or the after-feelings of that practice as they strengthen your sense of self-worth.
Embrace the truth that you are deserving of love,
Respect,
And happiness,
Both from yourself and others.

Acknowledge them without judgment.
Allow them to pass like clouds in the sky,
