This 15 minute Guided Solfeggio Sound Meditation is designed to help you be in the present moment and focused, connected to healing and energising Earth energies. It is comprised of a beautiful, deep OM chant, drumming and features 396Hz Solfeggio frequencies, said to liberate fear, guilt and grief and help balance the root chakra. When you do this meditation choose a comfortable, quiet space in which to relax, seated with the feet flat on the ground, somewhere where you will not be disturbed.

Find a quiet place in which to meditate and adopt a comfortable position either sitting or lying down.

Ensure that you can maintain this posture for the duration of this meditation.

If you need to readjust your position then do so now.

Then when you are ready settle down and close your eyes.

Begin by simply focusing on your breath,

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you observe your breathing you may notice random thoughts popping up in your mind.

Simply acknowledge them and then let them drift away as you breathe out.

You may also notice background noises,

Again simply acknowledge them and then allow them to drift away as you breathe out.

If any emotions bubble up to the surface then simply acknowledge them and again let them drift away as you breathe out.

As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly set your intention that during this meditation you will allow your body,

Mind and spirit to completely relax and soak up the sacred sounds,

Tones and frequencies.

Now allow your breath to fall into its own natural rhythm.

Feeling your body,

Mind and spirit relaxing to this rhythm as you focus on these sounds,

Tones and frequencies.

Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Slowly bring your focus and attention back into your physical body and your breath.

Bring your focus and attention to the centre of your body.

Then your chest and lungs.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch out your muscles and when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
