I invite you to transition from the complexities of your day into quiet stillness, as I guide you through a meditation intended to help ground, calm and re-center. Enjoy soothing sounds of water, nature and flute in the background, and let the your mind and body relax and let go of worries for a few moments. Feel a renewed sense of balance and inner peace, and take that with you throughout the rest of your day, or as you drift into peaceful sleep.

Transcript

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Relax your body in a way that is easy and comforting,

Whether sitting or lying down.

Allow yourself to let go.

Let your body become still,

Soft,

And at ease.

Take a moment to center yourself with your breathing.

Slowly inhale and slowly exhale.

And again,

Inhale deeply and softly and exhale fully and completely.

Just allow your breathing to find a natural and unforced pace now.

Let any thoughts that may come up to float on by without hanging on to them.

Allow any sounds around you to float on by and without judgment.

Your body is still.

Your mind is still.

Your muscles are deeply relaxed.

The ground beneath is supporting you.

All of your worries can dissipate and fade during this time.

Come back to your breath for a moment.

Inhaling slowly and exhaling the air all the way out.

Inhale slowly and exhale all the way out.

These moments are nourishing,

Grounding,

And healing.

Inhale slowly and exhale all the way out.

Inhale slowly and exhale all the way out.

Only when you are ready,

Bring awareness back to your breath and to the space around you.

Gently flutter your eyelids open.

May this day bring you peace,

Fulfillment,

Joy,

And contentment.

Namaste.

Namaste.

Interesting background music, meditation was soothing. Leaves lots of extra time at the end to continue meditating if desired
