Hello and thank you for joining me.

And thank yourself as well for taking these few moments out after your workday.

You certainly deserve this time to calm your mind and reset.

Just have a few moments of mindfulness.

If you haven't already,

Get into whatever position feels best right now,

Whether sitting or lying down.

And just take a moment to settle your body and close your eyes if that feels good.

And take a long and deep inhale and a full and complete exhale through your mouth.

And do this again.

A nice long deep inhale and a full and complete exhale through your mouth,

Letting go of any stress or tension that you may be holding on to.

And now just allow your breath to flow in whatever way comes natural.

And now bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Feel relaxation setting in.

Take this relaxation,

Bring it to your eyes and in between your eyebrows,

Down to your cheeks,

To your jaw.

Just loosen any tightness that may be in these areas.

Part your lips slightly.

Let your tongue fall away from the roof of your mouth.

And now feel your shoulders sink into the surface beneath them,

As well as your back and arms.

Let your stomach be soft.

Take this relaxation and easiness down to your hips,

Legs,

And feet.

Everything is resting quietly and easily.

Just breathe,

Allowing anything that happened today to fall away.

These things have no meaning at this moment.

This moment is for you to restore your mind and body and to just breathe and be still.

And be assured that you did your best today in all things.

And remember that tomorrow is another day full of hope and possibilities.

And now rub your hands together for a moment.

Feel the heat rising up in your hands.

Just keep rubbing for a moment.

And now take your palms,

Gently rest them on your cheekbones.

Let your fingers softly relax on your forehead.

And making sure that you can easily breathe through your nose.

Feel the warm energy in your hands sink into your face,

Allowing you to relax even deeper.

Now gently take your hands to your sides or place them over your heart.

Take a nice long deep breath in and a full exhale out,

Releasing any tension that may be left in your body.

And again,

Inhale deeply,

Exhale completely,

Letting any excess tension fall away.

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing awareness back to your space.

And thank you so much for joining me.

Namaste.

My work is very social, physically taxing and often busy and draining so something like this is exactly what I need to get out of hyperactive workmode when I get home. 🙏🏻✨

Exceptional. Wonderful. One of the best fast resets I’ve heard. Loved the warm hands in my face.
