This 3-minute meditation focuses on your morning time. Affirmations are words or phrases, repeated either silently or out loud, that can alter the way you think about yourself and your life, turning negative thought patterns into positive ones. Daily affirmations can help to boost self-esteem, relieve stress, increase motivation, aid in pain relief, increase self-love, and much more. Affirmations are easy to do, and I encourage you to do them often to see the positive changes unfold.
