
Happiness Affirmations

This 2.5-minute meditation focuses on happiness. Affirmations are words or phrases, repeated either silently or out loud, that can alter the way you think about yourself and your life; turning negative thought patterns into positive ones. A few of the benefits of daily affirmations include; boost self-esteem, relieve stress, motivate yourself, self-love, and pain relief. Affirmations are easy to do, and I encourage you to do them often to see the positive changes unfold!
