This three-minute meditation focuses on health. Affirmations are words or phrases, repeated either silently or out loud, that can alter the way you think about yourself and your life; turning negative thought patterns into positive ones. A few of the benefits of daily affirmations are: boost self-esteem, relieve stress, motivate yourself, self-love, and pain relief. Affirmations are easy to do, and I encourage you to do them often to see the positive changes unfold. Enjoy this transformation!

I invite you to find a space where you can be comfortable and sit or lie down.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a long deep breath in and exhale all the way out.

Repeat these affirmations either to yourself or out loud and let them sink in and really resonate with you.

I am healthy.

I feel good.

I am worthy of perfect health.

I have a healthy body and a healthy mind.

I am thankful for my body and all that it does.

I radiate good health.

I love my body.

I appreciate my body.

I am energized.

I enjoy eating healthy foods.

I am nourished.

It is easy for me to get the sleep that I need.

It is easy for me to get the exercise that I need.

I take care of my body.

I have stamina.

My lungs are healthy.

My heart is healthy.

I am pain free.

I feel good.

My immune system is strong.

I have a positive body image.

I am at peace.

I am limitless.

And so it is.

I have a serious medical issue and thought I would find comfort, but sadly didn't. My body is as well as she an be, but she is not in perfect health. What you said was some hard to listen. If I were not sick, it would be different. Keep up with your good work.

Thank you for offering this. I found the teacher’s voice pleasant. I appreciated the pacing and length of the affirmations. Sometimes I struggle with a too long affirmation and can’t remember what was said. For me these were simple but powerful.
