This 2-minute meditation focuses on gratitude. Affirmations are words or phrases, repeated either silently or out loud, that can alter the way you think about yourself and your life, and helping to turn negative thought patterns into positive ones. Affirmations are easy to do, and I encourage you to do them often to see the positive changes unfold.
