Find a comfortable and quiet spot to sit or lie down.
Gently and softly close your eyes.
Take a nice deep breath in and then slowly and easily exhale out through your mouth and let your breath go all the way to the ends of your feet.
Let your head become heavy.
Your face muscles and mouth soft.
Take another deep breath in and then out through your nose.
With each breath that you take,
Allow them to become deeper and longer,
Becoming slow and steady.
As you continue these relaxing and comforting breaths,
Start to visualize a bright,
Warm,
Golden healing light filling up your body.
From the top of your head all the way down past your neck and chest,
Stomach and pelvis,
Legs,
Feet and toes.
Your body is becoming relaxed at ease,
At peace and filled with love and good health.
With each inhalation you are filling your lungs and body with life-giving vitality and pure health.
Health and goodness.
Each cell is becoming filled with joy,
Vibrance.
You are comfortable and at ease.
You are safe.
Your body is healthy and strong and your mind is healthy and strong.
You are brimming with wellness and vitality.
Your muscles have relaxed.
Your thoughts have slowed.
If your thoughts do start to wander,
You can gently bring attention back to your breath.
Take a moment now to notice what you hear around you.
Let the sounds float around your space while continuing your steady and easy,
Healing breathing.
On your next inhalation,
Think of the words healthy,
Strong,
Peace and then as you exhale,
Visualize letting go of any discomfort or negativity you may be feeling.
From the inhale now say,
I am healthy,
I am strong,
I am at peace,
I am well.
And as you exhale,
Say,
And so it is.
I am healthy.
I am strong.
I am at peace.
I am well.
And so it is.
See the beautiful,
Warm,
Healing light filling your body up again,
Spreading perfect health to every space,
Nook and cranny within you.
Take a moment to notice how you feel.
Just be in this space for a few moments and savor this feeling,
Savor these moments that you've given yourself.
Our bodies want to be in good health and we can be in control of that good health.
It is our birthright to be healthy and to be strong,
To feel good.
Our bodies are marvelous and we're designed for vitality and strength.
You are beautiful.
You are strong.
You are well.
When you feel ready to do so,
Slowly bring your awareness back to the space around you.
Slowly wiggle your toes and fingers.
Slowly and softly open your eyes.
Namaste.
