You do not need to sit still to meditate. When we begin it might be hard to be still. Movement creates a space for us observe what is going on and curious about the body and how it feels. it can direct our mind inward whilst we are preoccupied with moving. If you tried to sit before and found it too difficult, a simple walk with some awareness might just be the key to unlock the door of mindfulness.
