And imagine that you're breathing from the top of your head down to your feet.

So as you breathe in,

A flood of breath moves through your body from the top of your head down to your feet.

And then as you breathe out,

It scoops from your feet all the way up through the crown of your head.

Sweeping out any unnecessary energy that is possibly not your own.

Energy that you've blocked,

Compressed,

Restrained.

Allowing the breath to sweep through your body.

Swearing out anything that's not serving you.

Not serving your highest good.

With each new flood of breath in,

You're nourishing the body,

Replenishing with nutrients,

With positive energy,

With healing energy.
