In this quiet Yin Yoga session, we hold postures for 3-7 minutes to allow for deep stretching and time for inner reflection. Long periods of silence give you the time and space to turn inwards and be with your body. We practice child pose. sphinx, caterpillar, dragonfly, reclining twist and savasana.
