This sleep meditation guides you into deep relaxation and eventually sleep through body relaxation and counting. Before you fall asleep, you are invited to recall a moment from your day that was successful, a moment you felt grateful for, and a moment of joy. You are then guided through a yoga nidra-inspired body scan to relax your mind and body, and a visualisation of watching a herd of elephants slowly walk past you, counting the elephants to ease you into sleep.
