Welcome to your morning energy scan.
Start by taking a really nice deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out through your mouth.
We'll do that two more times,
So a deep breath in,
Feel the body expand and as you exhale let it go.
Again,
Inhaling through the nose,
Feel your belly,
Your ribs,
Your chest expand and exhale with a sigh through your mouth.
Now gently bring your awareness to your forehead,
Noticing the eyes,
Noticing your jaw,
Noticing your shoulders,
Noticing your chest,
Noticing your belly,
Noticing your pelvis,
Noticing your legs,
Noticing your feet,
Noticing your arms and noticing your hands,
Noticing your whole body here in space and just observing any sensations that you might be experiencing and simply placing your awareness on that part of your body and shifting your awareness back to your breath and repeating the words,
I am here now.
As you take three deep and slow breaths,
When you're ready,
Gently open the eyes,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes and just notice how you feel.
