She specialises in guiding individuals through emotional healing and spiritual activation using body-based practices that honour both human wounds and innate wisdom. Jessi is known for her gentle yet transformative approach to personal and spiritual development. Through her training with Dr. Gabor Maté and 10+ years of experience in energy work, she creates safe containers where deep healing can unfold naturally through the body's intelligence. In this lesson, we explore how your nervous system states live in your physical form and why creating safety in your body is the gateway to everything else. You'll gently assess your current relationship with your physical self and learn a simple breathing practice that signals safety to your system. Whether you feel deeply connected to your body or completely disconnected, this lesson meets you exactly where you are with compassion and practical tools.

Getting Better At Feeling

This lesson explores why many of us learned to fear our feelings and how to create safety for our emotional experience. Healing In Connection

Healing doesn't happen in isolation - it happens in relationship. Yet relationships are often where we feel most wounded and likely to abandon ourselves. In this lesson, we explore the natural cycle of rupture and repair in all relationships and how these moments become opportunities for deeper connection. We look at the five pillars of conscious repair and practice working with a relationship rupture from your own life. Whether with others or with yourself, you will understand how turning toward disconnection with love creates more intimacy and trust than trying to avoid conflict altogether.

In our final lesson together, we explore how all your healing work naturally opens channels for spiritual connection and abundance to flow into your life.
