Welcome to your morning meditation.
To start,
Make sure you're sitting comfortably.
And when you're ready,
You can close down your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
As you exhale through the mouth,
Feel tension release from your body.
And again,
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
Take one more breath like this,
A deep breath in,
Feeling the expansion through the body.
And then a softness as you expel all of the air.
Allow your breath to fall back to its natural rhythm.
And your body to become relaxed.
Keep your awareness on your breath.
Just observing the breath as it flows in and out of your body.
There's no tension.
No tightness.
No holding.
And no resistance in your body.
You are totally present,
Focusing on your breath.
There is nowhere you need to be.
And nothing you need to do or achieve.
But simply allowing yourself to be present with the breath.
Witnessing it as it moves in and out of your body.
As you watch the natural flow of your breath.
Take a moment to notice any sensations you might be feeling in the body.
Or any thoughts,
Feelings or emotions that may arise.
Not attaching yourself to anything that you notice.
Simply observing it.
And guiding your awareness back to the breath.
Allowing these thoughts to drift away as you maintain a gentle focus of the mind on your breath in your state of relaxation.
You are resting here.
Preparing your subconscious to take in the affirmations you are about to hear.
You can say them out loud or just repeat them in your mind.
Whichever you choose,
Repeat them with intention as you feel them throughout your body.
Their positivity and focus integrating itself as a part of you.
I am enough.
I am worthy exactly as I am.
I am loved.
I am safe.
I know things will work out.
I have a strong mind.
I am exactly where I need to be.
I am learning and growing every day.
I have a healthy body.
I experience joy every day.
I am grateful for my life.
I am fearless.
I let go of needing to understand everything.
I let go of attachment to a specific outcome.
I trust the flow of life.
I am proud of who I am.
I am proud of who I'm becoming.
I am excited for my life.
I let myself feel happy and content.
I feel calm and peaceful.
I am worthy of love.
I find happiness in life.
I share joy and love with those around me.
I feel content with who I am.
I am strong.
I am resilient.
I know I can rise up to the challenges.
I know I can trust myself.
I listen to my inner wisdom.
I choose to listen to myself.
I choose to trust myself.
I accept myself.
I am safe.
I am strong.
I flow through life with ease.
I am grateful for where I am in my life.
I'm finding it easier and easier to trust myself.
I love myself more each day.
Every breath I take is filling me with more strength and confidence about my ability to deal with anything.
I am turning into an inspiration for others from this day forward.
I am grateful to start this beautiful day,
Motivated and with purpose.
I am calm,
Happy and at peace.
Take a few moments to be still here.
Letting these affirmations soak deep into your subconscious.
Perhaps repeating one or two to yourself a couple more times.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And a washing exhale to clear through your mouth.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Bringing your awareness back to the body.
And gently open your eyes and go into your day from a place of calm.
