Anxiety Relief Toolkit: 5-Day Self-Compassion Course

With Jessi Galvin

Transform your relationship with anxiety through an integrated approach that works with your nervous system rather than against it, offering relief through understanding and somatic practices. If you experience racing thoughts, physical tension, or feeling overwhelmed by anxious sensations, you've likely tried to manage, control, or eliminate these responses. This course offers a different path - one that recognises anxiety as an intelligent protective system that needs to be understood. Drawing from my training with Dr. Gabor Maté and trauma-informed somatic approaches, each lesson combines gentle teaching with embodied practices designed to create meaningful shifts in how you relate to anxiety. You'll learn to: - Listen to what your body is communicating through anxious sensations - Meet activation with curiosity rather than resistance - Work with your breath as an ally for nervous system regulation - Create caring reset tools for moments of overwhelm - Develop a compassionate relationship with your protective responses This isn't about numbing anxiety or forcing it away. It's about befriending your nervous system so that anxiety can transform from something that happens to you into valuable information from your body's wisdom. Perfect for anyone who feels controlled by anxiety, experiences physical symptoms of stress, or wants to develop a healthier relationship with their nervous system responses.

Lovely gentle introduction, thank you. I especially appreciate learning to be more compassionate towards the anxious part rather than trying to fight it.
