Channeled Message From The Egret

During walks along a creek that borders my home, I've come into close contact with the white egret. To me, the medicine this majestic bird has to gift us includes purity of heart, intuitive wisdom, and focused stillness. The wisdom offered in this channeled meditation includes: "Let the wind be your guide. Feel the power in your chest and the lightness in your feet. Open your crown to your surroundings. And when you do, instead of being a guard post for your thoughts, your neck will transform into a graceful conduit of divine energy to your wings, sending the signal to your spirit to take flight."
