Zero Point Reset Meditation

Are you in a period of transformation? Do you feel ready to let go of old baggage? In this meditation, you will be led to a zero point portal where you can hit the reset button and release old patterns that no longer serve. From there, you will feel the earth and the sun energy reboot you--like energetic jumper cables.

Hi,

This is Jenny Braav and this is a guided meditation for anytime you feel ready to hit the reset button and be reborn into a version of you that is connected to your full power and free from all the old baggage.

I invite you to find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down,

But it might be helpful to have some connection to the earth in some way.

And I invite you to take nice,

Slow,

Deep breaths,

With each in-breath inviting in a sense of ease and relaxation to whatever extent feels accessible,

And with each out-breath inviting anything that's ready to release.

With each breath,

Feeling yourself dropping in a little more deeply into your body,

Into the present moment.

And as you begin to drop in,

Sensing,

Feeling,

Imagining a dial connected to your cognitive brain.

And with gratitude for how hard it's working to figure things out,

Keep you safe,

Turning this dial as far down as feels comfortable in this moment.

And then sensing a dial connected to your heart,

Your body,

Your intuitive wisdom,

And turning that as far up as feels comfortable.

And taking another few breaths here,

Feeling all the places your breath touches as you inhale,

And all the places it touches as you exhale.

And on the next breath,

Breathing in.

And on the exhale,

Sending your breath down your spine,

Down your legs,

To your feet,

And all the way to the tips of your toes.

And beginning to feel your connection to the earth.

Feeling the support of the earth,

Whether it's supporting your body directly,

Or the earth.

Perhaps starting to tune into a sense of belonging,

Groundedness.

And if thoughts arise at any point to pull you out of the moment,

Out of connection,

Just gently calling yourself back.

Coming back to your breath,

Your body,

Your feet.

And as you continue to connect and drop in,

Feeling that connection to the earth,

Especially in your lower body.

Beginning to tune into your upper body,

Going all the way up to the crown of your head.

And sensing your connection to the sun,

The sky,

The stars,

The moon,

Above your head.

Feeling the earth below,

The sky above,

Framing you.

Knowing that you are not alone,

You are supported.

And from here,

Feeling this frame of support surrounding you,

Begin to sense,

Feel or imagine that you're in a doorway.

The beautiful thing about this doorway is that it doesn't lead anywhere.

It is directionless,

With sunbeams fanning in and out in all directions.

And from here,

It's becoming clear that there is no path forward,

But inward.

Nowhere to go,

But down,

Up,

And all around.

And as you stand in this doorway,

This portal with sun rays fanning all around,

You begin to realize that this is the zero point.

A reset button into now.

And feel that circular number zero surrounding you.

Maybe it's around your body,

Or around the doorway.

Maybe even inside you,

Perhaps all of the above.

And feeling how this zero point is a perfect,

Unblemished circle that has no beginning,

No beginning,

No end,

No threads attached to it.

And imagine that you're hitting that reset button,

Being reborn into this moment.

And feeling the threads and energetic cords that are tying you to all the baggage.

The childhood,

Ancestral,

Karmic baggage just floating away.

Because nothing can stick to this perfect,

Unblemished zero.

And as you feel yourself becoming unburdened from this weight you've been carrying,

You feel the perfect balance of this moment,

Of this doorway.

The perfect equilibrium between what's below,

What's above,

Side to side.

Front and back.

And as you continue to drop into this moment,

Bring to your awareness that connection to the earth energy below and the sky,

Suns,

Celestial energy above.

And now that you have unhooked from all the places you were giving your energy to and sourcing it from,

The earth and celestial realms are ready to supercharge you like spiritual jumper cables,

Rebooting you back into connection with your true power,

With your own energy field.

And starting with the earth energy,

Feeling roots or cables coming deep from the center of the earth,

From the molten crystalline energy that is the birthplace,

The womb of all life,

Coming up,

Up,

Up through the layers of the earth and connecting to your feet.

Feeling the black,

Negative,

Grounding,

Nourishing ions of the earth coming up through your feet,

Your calves,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Your pelvis,

Your lower and upper abdomen.

Filling your lower body with that grounded source energy.

And then feeling cables coming from the center of the celestial realms,

Connected to our solar system and galaxies beyond,

Connected to the mystery,

The infinite,

The all-knowing,

Eternal wisdom.

And coming down through the atmospheric layers,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

And connecting to your crown.

And feeling that enlivening,

Awakening energy spread through your neural pathways,

Your sensory organs,

Your entire head,

Down your neck,

Shoulders,

Your arms,

Down to your fingertips,

Spreading into your respiratory organs,

The lungs and the heart,

Down your spine,

Your torso.

And then meeting at the center of your body,

Maybe your solar plexus,

Your belly,

Your heart,

Wherever the center of your being is located.

Feeling the celestial energy connecting to the earth energy.

And as they meet,

Feeling that electrifying your entire body and being,

Awakening you to your own gifts and purpose,

Your will and your power,

Your sense of belonging,

Of beingness.

And from here,

Feeling the last residue of any blocks holding you back,

Resolving,

As you are supercharged back into connection with your full potential and aliveness.

And feeling the current of your own unbridled power and life force energy spread through your nervous system,

Your neural pathways,

Deep into your bones and muscles,

Into your lymph and tissues,

Your vascular system,

Awakening every organ in your body,

Every system in your body to its full potential.

And as you do,

Feeling every cell in your body start vibrating at your true soul frequency,

As you reclaim sovereignty over your energy field and come into alignment with your divine purpose.

In this moment,

And feeling how this purpose is also connected to the oneness of all that is.

Sensing deeply how you are not separate,

But you are one with the earth,

The oceans,

The trees,

The sky,

The clouds,

The mountains,

The stars,

The sun,

The moon,

And all living being.

And breathing this in deeply,

Taking a few minutes to bask in this space,

To open to open to any transmission message from your soul,

From beingness,

From the universe,

Your guides,

Your inner wisdom.

And from this place of being rebooted back into your full beingness.

Feeling all parts of you that have been disconnected from each other,

But were always meant to work in harmony.

Maybe you're defined masculine and feminine,

You're being and doing,

Your heart,

Your mind,

Your intellect,

And your intuition,

Your creative and practical sides,

Whatever it might be.

And you don't even need to know what that is,

Just feeling those parts reconnecting,

Returning to their right relationship with each other in harmony,

Working together for your fullest potential and your highest good.

And taking all the time you need,

If you want to pause and stay here longer,

You can.

And otherwise,

Starting to come back into the here and now,

Starting to wiggle your toes and your fingers,

Coming back into this space,

And slowly opening your eyes,

Looking around you with newborn eyes,

Feeling into the potential that you might be surprised by what you see,

How you perceive things,

From this zero point.

Knowing you can hit the reset button and release the cords anytime you want.
