Hi,
This is Jenny Braav and this is a meditation to help reset your nervous system.
I invite you to find a nice comfortable position,
Either sitting up or lying.
I invite you to take nice deep breaths.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely and holding your breath for a few seconds.
Then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing all the air from your lung.
And again,
Taking a nice deep inhale,
Exhale through slow and continue doing this for another few breaths.
Each breath,
Feeling yourself dropping in just a little bit more.
As you begin to relax,
Imagine that there is a path in front of you.
Lead you to a place that feels safe and soothing.
Visualize yourself walking along this path too as you continue along the path,
Inviting your cognitive brain to take a well-deserved rest,
Inviting all your other senses to open.
Three,
Coming to the end of the path,
Finding yourself in this place that feels calming to your body,
To your spirit.
This could be a real place,
It could be imaginary,
Composite place,
Or maybe a type of place like beach,
Mountains,
A forest,
A waterfall,
The desert.
It could be inside or outside.
Notice what colors are here,
If there are any sound.
How does it feel in your body to be in this place?
What is this place represent?
Is it just noticing if there's a healing,
A message or transmission?
If not,
That's absolutely okay.
Just allowing yourself to interest,
Inviting in a sense of growing.
Being guided here to yourself for taking this moment.
Imagine a warm,
Soothing light starting at the moving down through every part,
Experiencing this light as a healing energy that is calming and restorative to your nervous system.
The light anchoring the qualities of this place deep into cellular memory.
Again,
Lifting up your skin,
Radiating out into your energy field,
Creating a beautiful,
Protective,
And saying to yourself,
Resonates with you,
Support,
Free and act.
Feel free to add any other affirmations.
Just feeling the words,
Deepening the healing of the light.
Three breaths here.
And when you're ready,
Slowly opening your eyes.
Allow yourself to return to the room.
Knowing you will bring this feeling of calm with you.
