In this simple centering practice we're going to travel with your breath to ground you into the earth and connect you with the source energy of the universe.

So settling into this sacred sit spot where you've set the intention now to center yourself.

Travel with your in-breath into your body temple releasing the breath as you fully enter your body and allow the breath to leave through your feet grounding you as you connect to mother earth.

Breathe in her breath and let her travel up through your crown all the way up through your body through the ground to connect you with above and then bringing the breath of source the universe down into and through your body connecting again with the earth.

Feel this connection breathing in from the center of the earth all the way through your body and up through the crown into the center of the universe and continue strengthening this connection through your breath.

Allow your breath to come through your body.

Now on your next in-breath intend that it is liberating your mind as you exhale allow your mind and all the thoughts that it's been holding on to to release.

Again breathing in intending the breath to liberate your mind using the breath to free your mind and allow the next breath to liberate your mind again exhaling to free your mind.

One more time allowing the next breath to liberate your mind and on the exhale freeing your spirit now to redirect your life the one that you are meant to live centered and aligned.

Having freed your spirit to direct the life you are meant to live emerge emerge back into your day and be in the flow of what is unfolding in the most perfect way for your life.
