Angel Ariel is one of the healing angels of the energy field and wants to call on when you want to clear self-imposed limitations so you can align with your soul's mission.
You can invite her guidance and loving presence to support you when you're feeling stuck,
Lost or yearning for more to experience in your life.
She can be called upon to support you in your own self-empowerment so that you can become the person you truly know yourself to be and more fully express what you came here to do.
Each person may experience the angels differently.
Some may sense them as this ray of light,
Or you may experience scents or odors that aren't necessarily in the room with you.
But come when you invite the angels in or loved one that's passed on to the other side for that matter.
You may experience different sights and sounds and other sensations.
This allow it to be your own experience without expectations of how it's supposed to be.
Quite often,
The presence and guidance comes through in a very subtle way.
And so the more you can relax and sink into those sensations,
The more you'll begin to experience.
Always practice discernment.
If something doesn't feel right,
Then allow the connection to stop.
You always have a choice of what you invite in and allow into your space.
So let's begin this journey by settling our bodies and minds to create space for the energetic connection to flow.
You may choose to sit,
To stand,
Or even lie down.
Let it be comfortable for you and find ease in the space,
Sinking down into your heart and allow yourself to be open to what you are meant to experience through this guided practice to support your soul's mission.
Allowing your attention to be focused in your heart center.
You may notice a golden energy cord starting to form.
Angel Arielle is often seen as a violet ray of light.
However you experience is just fine.
Just allowing perhaps this golden light to emanate from your heart and moving up,
Up and up through to your crown chakra and even further up into the heart through intention of Angel Arielle,
Connecting you with your highest peace and divinity.
And be open to receive this energy through your crown down,
Down,
Down into your heart and let it emanate through every cell of your being.

Just notice the feelings,
The sensations,
What you're experiencing through each of your senses.
