What advice would you give to somebody who might be feeling quite kind of overwhelmed or uncertain,
Anxious right now,
And kind of unable to make a decision to move forward?
So I would suggest that they just take a seat and arrive right here,
Right now in this moment,
And feel the feet on the ground connecting to earth,
And to feel the pulse of their heartbeat.
So to literally hold their heart and breathe,
Allowing the breath as the gateway into their temple,
And holding their heart and breathing into it,
Feeling the warmth in your hands,
And holding yourself.
It's okay.
It's okay.
And feeling the top of your head,
The crown,
Opening up like a lotus,
Connecting with all above you.
You know that you are connected to the earth,
The moon,
The stars,
And the sun.
It's always there,
Always present in your heart.
Hold so much joy,
So much love,
And so much pain.
And this is where you build the capacity to hold it all through breath,
Through expansion as you inhale,
And contraction as you exhale.
Feel yourself alive with breath.
Inhale it in your heart,
And connect it to all that is around you.
And just allow yourself to be here right now.
Relax,
Let go.
And trust in the process of life to take care of you.
