Your Inner Child & Higher Self Connect

Connect to your inner child, and let them be seen, heard, and understood. While simultaneously, connecting to your Higher Self. Notice that when you do both of these at once, a really creative power within you awakens.

So get comfortable in your chosen meditation space, Either sitting up or laying down. If you want to make sure that you don't fall asleep, Please sit up. And just closing your eyes and taking some deep breaths to ground you into this space, Allowing yourself to become more connected to yourself every time you breathe. Noticing and witnessing how you feel as you inhale and exhale, Allowing yourself to get fully comfortable. So making any last movements or adjustments that you may need. And completely just relax, Just let go, Just be here right now. Just you and your breath. And then just feeling the sensations of your feet, Allowing your feet to be filled up with the energy of your highest self. So this could feel like a warm feeling or it could feel like a light. If you're a more visual person, You can witness your feet filling up with a golden light in every single one of your cells. And allow yourself to feel like your higher self is just pouring into you. So just filling you up from your feet, Feeling your ankles begin to fill up with this golden light or with this warm feeling of your higher self. Allowing your lower parts of the legs to fill up with the energy of your higher self. And even if you're having a hard time witnessing this happening, Know that it is already happening simply by you receiving this, By you listening to this, It is already happening. Watching the light fill up towards your knees, Energy of your higher self filling up your thighs, Through your pelvis and your hips. And feeling it fill up through the lower part of your torso, Moving towards the center of your torso, Your chest, Feeling the delicious warm light energy of your higher self fill your fingers, Your wrists, Your forearms, All the way to the elbows, The upper arms to the shoulders, Collarbones, The shoulder blades, The neck and throat. And then allowing it to fill up through your chin all the way to your forehead, Your ears, The back of your head, Your head, All the way to your crown. So now you are radiating the energy of your higher self, Completely radiating the energy of your higher self, Feeling your higher self inside of you, Feeling your higher self all around you, All throughout you, Feeling your higher self absolutely everywhere. Your higher self is here right now, Your truest nature is here right now and notice how it feels. And if you're having a little bit of a difficult moment trying to access this feeling, No worries, Know that it is happening. Know that you are reaching connection with your higher self bit by bit every time you choose to bring him, Her or them in. And every time you do these practices, You will feel even more connected to this part of you and eventually it will just feel completely effortless. So just allowing yourself to be completely filled, Filling up from all from your center, All the way outside of you, You are your higher self right now. Breathing this in, Breathing this part of you in. And then I invite you from this completely illuminated space, Bring yourself into a wide open grassy area. So perhaps it's a really big field or it is a meadow, Maybe there's trees around, Maybe there's some really big bushes or plants or some fun creatures. But just picture yourself in this really big grassy area and the weather is absolutely perfect to your liking here. Notice that there is the presence of another energy in this space and this is the energy of your most playful inner child. And invite your inner child in to come and sit with you, Allowing this part of you to be as close to you as it wishes to. And noticing if there is any sort of hesitation or perhaps your inner child is feeling completely willing and completely available to come and sit with you right now. As your inner child begins to get a little bit more comfortable, Begin to just share with your inner child whatever is coming up for you that you know in your heart will allow your inner child to feel more safe being here with you. You know that whatever it is that you feel called to say, Your inner child will begin to feel more and more safe with you. And then just witness your inner child, Just witness this extremely playful part of you. Look at your inner child right in the eye and say, I want to play, I want to play with you. What would you like to do? I would love to do anything. I would love to play with you. What would you like to do? And notice what your inner child begins to do. Notice what your inner child grabs your hand for and pulls you towards. Let this part of you lead the way for these next few moments. Allow yourself to be completely guided by your inner child. How does this part of you want to play? Noticing that this inner child just wants to have fun. This inner child just wants to enjoy life with you. And then ask your inner child, And maybe your inner child is already doing this, But asking your inner child, What art would you like to play with today? Would you like to dance, Or sing, Or paint? What art would you like to do today? What art do you have the most fun with? What art feels the most exciting for you? Maybe there are a few different art forms that are brought to your attention right now. And from this highest self space, Say to your inner child, Let's play with one right now. And maybe you've already started, Or maybe you're shifting a little bit. Allowing your inner child to take your hand and to guide you into this other art form. Into whatever art form this part of you is asking for. And there are no expectations here whatsoever. It's just fun, It's just joy, It's just love, It's just creation, It's just expression. And in this beautiful nature space that we have created for the two of you right now, Allow yourselves to start to play. Notice what it is that you are playing with, How you're playing, What it looks like. Just taking a few minutes here to really just enjoy all of this art with your inner child. Enjoying it fully and completely. Having fun, Being playful. Do this for a few minutes and I will call upon you once these few minutes are up. Begin to notice what it is that you and your inner child have created. Zoom out for a moment. Notice from a lens of highest alignment, From a lens of witnessing beauty, From a lens of witnessing unconditional love, From a lens of witnessing confidence and courage and pure vulnerability. What have the two of you created? And celebrate this creation. Celebrate what you have brought together. Celebrate it with your inner child. Acknowledge your inner child for the love that they've shared with you. Embrace your inner child in a beautiful and warm hug and tell your inner child, I am so excited to keep playing with you. I am so excited to keep playing with you. Thank you so much for playing with me. You are so much fun. I am so grateful that I get to play with you every single day. And I promise to play with you as often as possible. Now make a commitment right now. A commitment that you know you will fulfill. Make a commitment to your inner child that you will bring whatever this art form is to life at some point in the next 24 hours. Even if it's just for a couple of minutes. Make a promise right now to your inner child. Make a commitment to yourself and to your inner child that you will bring this particular art form to life. Notice the smiles and the glee of your inner child. Notice the love and excitement and the stoke of your inner child. Notice how happy and seen and heard and understood your inner child feels right now. And just parting ways from this particular visualization. Saying thank you to your inner child and letting your inner child know that whenever they want to come out to play, You're here and you would love to play with them too. Now enjoy whatever it is that you're going to go out in the world and start creating and remember to invite it in from this inner child space. Without judgment, Without assumption, Without force to be perfect or to do really well or to get an A plus kind of energy on this art. Just go out and start creating. Doing it both for yourself and for your inner child. And also by doing this, You're doing so much for the collective because you are bringing in a whole new level of play that we all need.
