Welcome to your manifestation meditation.
If you don't already have a clear manifestation and a clear limiting belief that may be holding you back from succeeding at your manifestation,
I request that you pause this meditation now and gain some clarity on exactly what your manifestation is and exactly what your limiting belief is.
If you do already know what your manifestation and limiting belief are,
Just simmer with them both present in your mind for a little bit.
Let's begin with the limiting belief.
So as you sit or lie here,
Bring the limiting belief to the forefront of your mind.
What is this false belief that is stopping you from succeeding at your manifestation?
Gain clarity with it.
Get to know it.
And just repeat it inside of your mind.
And as you repeat it,
Understand how untrue it actually sounds.
And if your eyes aren't already closed,
Be sure to close them now.
And I want you to picture this limiting belief as it sits right in front of your gaze,
Right in front of your inner gaze.
And picture it as a black ball just in front of your gaze.
And then just allow yourself to park it here.
And now begin to welcome in your manifestation.
What is the clear manifestation that you want to achieve?
Why are you here in this manifestation meditation?
And become very clear about what this is.
And repeat this very clear manifestation inside of your mind several times.
Repeat it until it begins to feel a little bit real,
Like it's already your reality.
And then I want you to park this manifestation right in front of your heart.
Place it there.
And I want you to envision it as some sort of color.
Maybe it's multicolored,
Maybe it's a diamond,
Maybe it's white,
Purple,
Blue,
Green,
Whatever it may be.
Visualize it as a color parked right in front of your heart.
Visualize this manifestation as something very deliciously vibrant.
And as you have these two objects that are now parked in front of you,
One is your limiting belief,
One is your manifestation.
I want you to now just leave these here as you take some deep breaths.
Full inhales and full exhales.
Allow your body to just settle.
Allow any tension to relax inside of your body.
And now let's really begin this meditation.
One more full breath.
And bring your attention to your limiting belief parked right in front of you.
And I want you to now bring yourself back to a time in your life,
Maybe it was when you were a child,
Where this limiting belief felt really,
Really real for you.
Maybe it was said to you by another person.
Maybe it was something that you were repeating to yourself.
Maybe it was something that you heard consistently by many.
But bring yourself to a specific moment as early as you can in your life where you fully believed this limiting belief.
And be in that moment.
Feel that moment.
What's happening in this moment?
What's in the room of this moment?
What objects are around you?
What people are around you?
What do you smell?
What do you feel?
What do you taste?
What do you hear?
What do you see in this moment?
And find this limiting belief.
And now as you're in this moment of your past,
I'll invite you to imagine this limiting belief right in front of your gaze,
Just as it was at the beginning of this practice.
It's right in front of your gaze,
This black ball,
This black square,
This black shape.
And now I want you to watch it spin.
Watch it spin and spin and spin.
And it's spinning faster and faster and faster and faster and faster.
And it's spinning so quickly that now it's turning into a color,
Maybe two colors,
Maybe it's multi-colored,
Maybe it's a diamond.
And it's getting bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger.
Keep spinning it,
Keep spinning it,
Keep spinning it.
Watch it go,
Watch it go,
Watch it go,
Watch it go until it explodes.
And feel your body in this moment when you were young believing this limiting belief as this limiting belief dissolves.
Feel what's happening to your mind.
Feel what's happening to your heart.
And I want you to slowly come back to this present moment.
But now this limiting belief has completely dissolved.
And all it is now is stardust.
And I want you to bring your attention to this space just in front of your heart center,
To the space of your manifestation.
Become clear about this manifestation again.
And when is it happening?
When is this manifestation happening?
And I want you with this manifestation to float to the moment that it will happen,
The exact moment.
Where are you when this happens?
Who's around you if anyone?
What objects are around you if anything?
What does this space you're in look like?
What does it feel like?
What does it taste like and smell like?
And bring yourself to the exact moment that this manifestation occurs.
And now feel how you're going to feel when this happens.
Feel it as it's happening.
Feel it like it's happening right now.
Feel it.
And now wherever you're at,
I want you to turn up the volume of this feeling.
Turn it up maybe two times the amount.
Now just sit here.
And then turn it up even more,
Four times the amount.
And then turn it up even more,
Five times the amount,
10 times the amount,
20 times the amount.
Feel it as it's happening.
Feel the feeling that it's giving you right now.
Feel the vibrations of this manifestation happening in this exact moment.
Feel it.
Feel it.
Turn it up more,
More,
More.
Feel it so loudly,
So clearly.
Feel this manifestation.
It's happening.
Feel it in your whole body,
In your whole body.
And then slowly begin to turn the volume down.
Turn it down a little bit more,
A little bit more,
A little bit more.
And then I want you to bring yourself into a period of time that is in the future of this manifestation.
Bring yourself to that moment.
You are now in the future of this manifestation and I want you to look back on your life a little bit.
Look back at the moment that you acquired this limiting belief.
Look back at the moment that you transformed this limiting belief.
Look back at the moment that you decided it was time to manifest your reality.
And look back at the moment that your manifestation happened.
And notice how all of this makes you feel and feel that.
How do you feel knowing that you did all of this by yourself?
How do you feel knowing that you did all of this with the exact,
Universal and united support that you needed?
And whatever you're feeling now,
I want you to turn it up two times the amount.
Now turn it up four times the amount and six times the amount and ten times the amount and turn it up more and more and more and more until you can't turn it up anymore.
You couldn't possibly turn it up anymore.
Turn up this feeling more,
More,
More,
More,
More.
Turn it up,
Turn it up,
Turn it up and feel it.
Feel it.
That's right.
You're doing it.
Feel it.
And then slowly turn it down.
Turn it down.
Turn it down.
And then begin to gently float yourself back to this reality,
To this present moment.
How do you feel?
Notice how you feel.
And I invite you to take some time coming out of this meditation.
As you do come out of this meditation,

Grab a pen and write about the feelings that this meditation gifted you.
