And taking a few deep breaths.
Inhaling and exhaling.

And exhaling.
And slowly bringing your attention to your natural breath.
And really focus on the breath here.
Focus what happens to your body as you inhale and exhale.
Focus what happens to your mind as you inhale and exhale.
What is happening in the mind right now as you watch it?
We are so often in a state of losing ourselves in our thoughts.
In fact,
99% of the problems that we have are all because of our thoughts.
And just notice them right now.
Then give yourself the opportunity to watch your thoughts,
Kind of like you're watching a movie.
Notice the patterns.
And love it all.
Knowing that your mind will always be part of you.
It will always be the mind that you're working with,
At least in this life.
And love it.
Tell your mind.
Tell your intellect.
Tell it that you love it.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
Regardless of where it's going,
Your mind needs you to love it.
Love it deeply.
Love it purely.
Letting your mind know that you're here to support it.
You're here to love it.
And coming back to your breath as you feel ready.
Allowing the mind to be clear or clouded right now,
Whatever is happening naturally.
And loving it as you slowly bring yourself out of the meditation.
