My suggestion here is to lay down either on your back or maybe even placing a pillow underneath the back of your heart.
If you feel available and able to rest like this for the duration of this practice,
Just to feel that greater expansiveness of your heart,
Just to feel that sense of openness,
To feel even more as you breathe in that subtle expansion or maybe even not so subtle expansion that is created in your heart.
Every time you breathe in,
Feeling the way that your heart puffs up like it's offering itself a little bit more to the universe.
Noticing that you don't even have to intentionally do anything to make that happen.
It just occurs as you breathe.
As if your heart opens as you breathe.
Feeling that beautiful sense of exchange that's being created between the energy that surrounds you,
That gives you love,
That gives you open,
Pure,
True divine love.
And experiencing that same sense of love as you share it.
Feeling that love as it's being shared with you.
Feeling that love as it's being shared by you.
Breathing it in,
Feeling every ounce of unconditional love right here,
Right now,
As it fills your entire heart.
The love is filling you up so much,
It's almost like it's exploding out of your body.
And covering your whole auric field and even beyond.
Reaching the whole town or city that you reside in.
Going all the way out to each edge of your country or the country you currently reside in.
And feeling it as it melts even beyond that.
Covering the continents,
The planet,
The ether,
The air,
The wind,
Reaching to the moon,
To the sun,
To the edges of the Milky Way.
Love is infinite.
And you are here to experience it.
You are here to experience this love.

You are here to experience this love mystic.
