This meditation has birdsong in the background. Notice your approach. If you're trying too hard, how does it feel in the body? If you give up or feel you can’t, how is that? Let an outbreath ride down into your legs. Just receiving movements that bring breath in and out. Casual movements of the breath, being felt by themselves. A relief--how unnecessary our trying is. Movements of breath, as you rest into your back, like the sail of a boat. Melting into the movements of breathing.
