Settle in now and make yourself comfortable and fix your gaze on a spot on the wall or the ceiling.

In a moment I will ask you to take three deep breaths and when you exhale on the third breath to close down your eyes.

All right now.

Taking in a nice deep breath and letting it go with a sigh.

Perfect.

Another deep breath in now and let it go with a sigh.

And another deep breath in and as you exhale closing down those tired eyes and noticing how loose and limp and lazy all those tiny muscles around the eyes feel.

Allow your body to melt into the chair.

This is your time to relax and focus on the sound of my voice.

Nothing disturbs you now.

Nothing bothers you.

All the sounds you hear and all the sounds you don't hear.

Simply focus your concentration on the sound of my voice only as we work together to create beneficial change in your life.

Letting go now.

Calm and comfortable.

Safe and secure.

The deeper you go the better you feel.

And the better you feel the deeper you go.

And now going to a deeper level of your own mind.

I will count you down from 10 to 1 and my voice will go with you.

With 10,

9,

8 go deeper now.

7,

6,

5 go deeper still.

4,

3,

2 deeper and deeper.

And 1.

Right down now to the basement of relaxation where your conscious mind can rest floating and drifting,

Drifting and floating,

Tranquil and serene.

And it's good to know you have a conscious mind and a subconscious mind.

Your subconscious mind hears everything I say now as you enjoy a blissful relaxed state.

Perfect.

Imagine now long,

Long roots coming from the soles of your feet and going into the earth through all the layers until they reach the huge crystal in the center of the earth.

Feel them wrap around the crystal grounding and anchoring you.

All the tension and stress draining from your body now and into the crystal where it is neutralized.

And notice any places in your body where the stress and tension sticks or feels dense or even painful.

Place your hand on that spot and breathe into it,

Hooking the tension with your breath,

Moving it down,

Down,

Down through your body,

Down,

Down,

Down into the earth.

And when all the tension is released,

Place your hand on your heart and breathe into that heart space.

Beautiful.

Notice now how light your body feels.

Place your hand back on your lap now.

That's good.

Our beautiful planet earth is a training ground for our souls.

You are a student of earth school.

Some lessons are harder than others.

And if we don't get a pass mark for the assignment or exam,

We must repeat the lesson until we pass.

This can take a long time because earth school doesn't have a fixed curriculum.

There are no textbooks for the lessons.

In fact,

Very often it's really hard to know what the lesson is.

Relationships all contain lessons,

Some good and some less desirable.

Sometimes a lesson can start off good and end up just the opposite.

Sometimes you can see the lesson through hindsight,

But during it,

You couldn't see it.

Perhaps you started off well,

Then got confused by someone's behavior that you didn't understand or had no prior experience of.

Perhaps now with hindsight,

You are beating up on yourself,

Feeling you should have known better.

Perhaps you have seen the signs,

The red flags and acted straight away.

You still have a chance to pass this lesson.

Your powerful subconscious mind has taken the learnings and stored them in the room of your mind for us to access so you can pass the test.

Imagine now walking down a long corridor towards a room at the end.

There is a heavy wooden door with a sign that says Room of the Mind.

Take in a deep breath now and enter the room.

Inside the room are filing cabinets and around the wall are big boxes on a long glass table.

You notice your name on these boxes.

One is called Red Flags,

One is called Good Times.

Open the Good Times box first.

It is filled with photos.

Take some time now to remember what happened in the beginning of the relationship,

When things were good and lots of fun.

Look at each one from the day you met until the time things started to go wrong.

And perhaps this will bring up painful memories for you and that is fine,

That is okay.

You weren't meant to know how things would turn out.

It was just one of life's lessons in earth school.

So take some time now to review the contents of the box.

Good.

Now place everything back in the box and replace the lid now.

Now open the second box labelled Red Flags.

It is filled with photos and quotes of things said to you during the relationship.

There may be copies of emails and texts.

Perhaps there are even some cards and letters.

Take some time now to look through the contents of this box.

Some of these items may be difficult to look at and that's okay.

Take the learnings from them and put the items back into the box when you have all the information you need to pass this lesson.

Perfect.

On the table are huge rolls of packing tape.

Tape up both the boxes now.

Make sure you wind the tape around and around the boxes,

Layer upon layer upon layer.

So no one can ever access that information again.

Good.

Now exit the room,

Locking the door behind you and start walking down the corridor towards your new life knowing that your lesson is complete.

And every day in every way,

Your life is getting better and better.

And now it's time to return to the here and now.

Now we'll count you up from one to five.

And on five you will open your eyes,

Feeling totally refreshed and vibrantly alive.

One taking a big breath.

Two becoming aware of the room.

Three feeling the energy running through your body.

Four moving your fingers and toes.

And five eyes open feeling totally refreshed and vibrantly alive.
